Not for people with real health problems. Only deal with superficial issues. Front desk is extremely disorganized.

Very negative experience. They just sell you their supplements, which made everything worse and did not consider personal history.

Marissa, a seasoned expert and innovator in alternative solutions for expectant parents, has thoughtfully curated this class with inclusivity as its guiding principle. Her goal is to provide a safe haven for expectant mothers, where they can feel fully included. This specialized course caters to the unique needs of moms-to-be, ensuring they can practice yoga without feeling overwhelmed or out of place. Prana Yoga is where expectant mothers can find the perfect balance. My wife was breached, and Marissa was very patient, caring and went out of her way to help teach my wife exercises after classes had ended. She's such a kind person who really cares about people and loves what she does.

I took weekly prenatal yoga classes with Sarah, Dee and Judi from 12 weeks right up until my water broke. Not only did these weekly sessions help with the physical afflictions that are inevitable with pregnancy (including my horrific sciatic pain), but they helped keep my mind in the right place and prepared me for labor in both body and mind. Hearing from and being around other pregnant women each week was comforting -- like a little mini pregnancy support group. I truly looked forward to these classes and still miss them today. Dee's Yoga for Labor class not only provided me with critical tips about how to ease the pains of contraction and pushing and keep my mind calm throughout labor, but gave my husband a sense of purpose and turned him into the most spectacular labor coach. The community that I found at Prana during pregnancy has become my mom community, too. We all have our babies now and support each other online and some still see each other in person, too. When I (hopefully) get pregnant again, I will be back for weekly classes! I can't say enough good things about Sarah, Dee and Judi. Thank you, ladies, for the comfort and perspective you've brought me and so many others during this amazing time of change and growth!

It helped to focus my career when I got out of school. It showed who is "me" and guided "me" to grow personally and spiritually. I have a full of appreciation till this date. If I can explain how, where and what made "me" to grow, it is going to be not easy. Each step was a huge struggle but I understand my life better. I am still searching for more. It is a life long journey. When I was 21 years old, I met this teaching. It was in New York City. The teaching helped to understand my obstacles as a young person and guided to find how to over come each steps. It helped my relationships with my boyfriend and my friends, and career. After the achievement of each obstacles, I knew I became a better person. People around started to tell me how I changed. I became easy to talk to and well rounded. This change helped to develop a good relationship in a business and able to find and keep my boyfriend for long time without any unnecessary arguments (it was important). If you are looking for an answer in your life, it might be to try. It has been a great help for my life. Because of this wonderful experiences, I can respect others that practicing their teachings because it is not easy to do. The teaching, based on the last teaching of Buddha (Nirvana Sutra), gave a tool to find myself. Then, showed me how to elevate as a human and as spiritually but I had to work very hard. We all have some kind of extra senses, awareness (feeling, six sense..etc.). Some has, or can develop, naturally but most need a help to achieve. I definitely needed a lot of it. After sitting for many trainings at the temple in San Francisco ,New York, Paris and Japan, I have polished my inner "me" to be rounded and understand of the others, differences, and the other world. I hope It makes sense? I am not developed as fast as some. Some trainees catches and go very fast and some are slow. I am one of them. The trainings (it's called Sesshin Training). It helped to see another dimensions. It doesn't end there. The training gives a hint of how to overcome. fundamentally, it is mostly to help and do for others and find appreciation in any situation . When I find another dimension, I feel (some see and some feel more). I am starting to sound crazy but the experiences were real and helped to understand tremendously. The training was not easy and especially at the beginning. It was a battle of not want to see and acknowledge or scare to know about..... real "me". Especially, to experience and to know about an existence of the other world was difficult. This unique training (Sesshin) can be finished in 30 minutes. It depends on where your mind are. If your mind are focused, the training can be finished faster or if it's longer, might be what you needed at that time. I had an experience to sit with one of my friends who is a Yoga trainer. Although I practiced much longer, he finished earlier. It may be that he knew how to breath and focus better. Even many years of sitting and meditating, I am still not where I want to be. I am still having difficulty to detach from my attachments. Yes, I have many....believe me. It is a life long training. Wonderful! Doing more free weights, gain more muscle. If you eat a lot, you gain weight. It is simply nature of law, cause and effect (Karma). If I practice more, I shall achieve my goal. I hope I can before I die. Without the body, I can not help others.... There are two locations in New York. Main temple with a gold reclined Buddha of about 15 feet that I was very fortunate to watch carrying into the temple and had a chance to pour some jewels (not actual jewel, consist of grains of rice and so on..) is in White Plains. There is a training center that offer limited trainings in Midtown, 36th between 6th & 5th Avenue.

She is 9 years old and began having seizures about two years ago when her mother's emotional and physical states began to deteriorate due to mental disease. In addition, her parents were on the path to divorce. It was too much for her and her twin brother to deal with. I felt the seizures were related to my niece's emotional state which preceded the tremors and eye rolling. She needed spiritual healing.. Linda was able to have a session with the twins right away. I watched as she delivered them from the demons they had been suffering from. I watched as they cried tears of hopelessness and fear while Linda prayed over them. I could feel the presence of God's angels over them when Linda reassured them how much they are loved and will never be hurt again. It was truly a miracle to see. It has been over a month since the session and my niece has not had another seizure. My nephew also appears to be in better spirits and has expressed to me on numerous occasions that he feels much better. Linda's work is truly powerful . She is more than a therapist. She is a spiritual healer and deliverer. As a client myself, I can appreciate her work and how God is using her to change peoples lives. Aunt of Two

What I didn't know was that my connection to Linda would prove to be so much greater. We began our sessions together in couples therapy to try a revive an 8 year relationship I had with my fiancé and father of two children. I never anticipated that I would end up continuing the sessions alone as I began to grow emotionally and spiritually. During our sessions together I learned that many of the problems I was experiencing were self inflicted because I wasn't listening to my higher being. Linda has delivered me from my pain and suffering, as well as increased my faith and love for God. She has opened my eyes to my true calling and I am finally living with peace in my heart from releasing all the burden and pain I experienced throughout my childhood and adult life. For the first time in over 3 decades I am able to lay my head and sleep peacefully through the night. I feel that I have been given a second chance at life. She has opened my eyes to a deeper meaning of what life is about and helped me to reclaim my destiny and I will forever be grateful for the life changing work she has done in me. They can watch your child for up to 2.5 hours while you work out, which is incredibly valuable for parents and has made it much easier for me to take classes and exercise consistently. The outdoor pool area is another highlight, especially in the summer. The pool and water slide make it feel more like a family destination than just a gym. I've taken two strength-training classes so far, and both instructors and fellow members have been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My biggest complaint is the family locker room. It can feel pretty chaotic, especially during busy times. There are only eight shower rooms, and they also serve as changing rooms, which creates bottlenecks for families trying to get in and out. Parking can also be a challenge. It's manageable now, but I suspect it will become even more difficult once the outdoor pool season is in full swing. Overall, if you're willing to pay a premium, you get a clean facility, great classes, excellent family amenities, and valuable child care. The parking and locker room situation could be improved, but so far the positives outweigh the negatives for me
