Been storing my boat here since February and have had nothing but good experiences. Jackie was able to accommodate me on last minute notice and has always been friendly every time I see her. She is very committed to doing what she can to keep the lot secure and genuinely cares about managing the business. Last month, I was sitting waiting for my turn to exit the gate as someone was entering. After the vehicle entered, another vehicle snuck in before the gate closed and drove around the truck that opened the gate. There is a strict policy that states everyone must go in and out one at a time in order to prevent unwanted people out. Jackie happened to be watching and immediately got in her vehicle and chased the unauthorized vehicle down. This was first hand proof to me that Jackie actually cares about keeping this lot secure and is very attentive to what's going on in the lot. It made me feel better about storing my boat here knowing that it's in good hands. read more

We have stored our boat here for almost over 8 years! This is a great place to store boats! We just sold our boat and sorry to leave BUT I will say I highly recommend this place! The best about this place is their security and the ability to have access whenever you need to get in. I'm shocked that this company doesn't have prior reviews on Yelp because they're fantastic! 14 acres of boat, RV, and "big boy toy" parking situated in a quiet neighborhood in Martinez. Easy to get to right off Hwy 4. Owners live on-site and are great, along with their affordable prices ($70/month) for boat parking. Area is secure, safe, and right down the street from the California Highway Patrol. Owners also have private security to patrol premises for added safety. Highly recommend! read more

In response to LisaLisa back in 2014... I don't presume to know what she was going through trying to find a storage facility for her trailer, but I myself had difficulties finding one over the past 3 months...due to the fact, that everyone was full and had long waitlists. We were asked by everyone, what the year of our rig was, and there are many reasons for that, but one of them is it looks better to have newer-nicer-cleaner rigs in their yard. My friend who owns a campground on the Yuba river has some permanent spots and she requires them to keep the area around their rig nice. No debris. No torn tarps. No weeds. She keeps a nice place and that makes sense. Why would you want to go camping in a campground that looks like it's a homeless encampment? So I agree with Blum Rd Storage...I would not want my 2017 motorhome parked next to crap! :) Now onto my review... I was very pleased with the Manager's hospitality and professionalism. I LOVE the spot my rig is in!!! We have been there for only 1 month, however, I have friends that have been there for years and they love the cleanliness, security, and convenience! read more

I have stored 2 different Travel Trailers at Blum Road Storage. The relationship has been great. Competitive prices, Good Security and Communication, Responsive, Easy In and Out from Dawn to Dusk. Nice people with which to do business. We have had our units there for over 20 years and Jackie has been there the whole time - good people - good company. read more

The facilities are rural and the sun exposure terrible for the RVs parking in these open lots. We found our trailer covered in dust with wasps living in the awning openings and the side openings nearly ever time we picked up the trailer for a vacation. The managers of this facility are uneducated and simple with little tact. They constantly write text messages demanding payments or your trailer will be impounded at the same time they are holding checks for deposit each month. Don't give them checks ahead of time as they constantly either cash them early or hold them for months. It is a poorly run and there are many better locations to store your trailer. read more

I would like to take issue with "LisaLisa"s statement that my review is a plant or that I am a relative/friend. That is not the case. We have stored our RV at Blum Road Storage for two years without an issue. The Manager is very concerned with the safety and security of the property and has been nothing but accommodating to our needs. At first I thought not being open 24 hrs/day would be a problem, but it has not been an issue - and the reason they are NOT open around the clock is to be considerate of the neighborhood ( they are in a somewhat residential area ) and I think that speaks to their overall approach. I highly recommend Blum Storage for both their reasonable pricing and care for the safety of your RV. read more

We've stored our R/V here for the last two years and only left because we sold it recently. But this has been a wonderful place to do business with. It's a great location with freeways very close that go each direction. The manager is a sweetheart and always helpful. We never had any problems with theft or anyone messing with our R/V. They also had extended hours for access compared to other storage places we considered. I can't think of a single thing bad to report as it was always a good experience for us. We have a friend who stored their R/V there and they had the same good luck as we had. read more

When we purchased our RV in 2003 we asked around as where to store it. A friend suggested we contact Blum Road Storage. We went down and met with Jacky the Manager who lives on site and she gave us a tour of the facility. Our concerns were the hours they were open, safety and security and of course the pricing for storing our RV. Needless to say we were most impressed and have been storing our RV there ever since. We have also referred other friends to Jacky and they are now storing their units there. Great location and easy to from 680/Hwy 4. read more

It is a great storage yard. A little on the funky side what with the flat spots on the gentle hillside which makes it about half charming. Really nice views from up there. Manager is funny, tough with intruders, but delightful to us renters willing to play be the rules. It's easy to get to, and from highways 4 and 680, if you don't mind going past the Highway Patrol Office and the CCC Sherriffs yard. Jacklyn's prices were very good and the place is secure. Never heard or saw about any problem at all in the two years we have been there. read more

I have store a trailer at Blum Road Storage for about 30 years. I"m on my second trailer there. When my husband passed away they helped me find a better place on the lot to park. (I'm not to good at backing up). I always feel safe, when I go to pick up the trailer by myself, and when I bring it back. I wouldn't be anywhere else. read more
