I truly can not speak highly enough about Dr. Cheskis! he was professional, didn't make me feel rushed, made me feel heard but best of all resolved my foot pain. i am very scared of shots, very!!! when Dr. Cheskis recommended a quick injection, i refused. He explain that he could prescribe medication, but it would not be as effective. Dr. Cheskis actually helped me get over my fears, clearly explained everything I would feel & was compassionate & kind. I felt better within an hour! and was very proud of myself that i got the injection. but i can sincerely say i couldn't do it without his support. Even my kids were shocked I agreed to the injection. I highly recommend the practice & Dr. Cheski! I barely waiting to see the doctor and the little I waited I was very comfortable.

The waiting area is lovely. Plenty of space, and well kept. There's even mints & lollipops for you! The front desk staff are awesome. Polite. Smiles & makes you feel welcomed. Dr. Miranda has awesome beside manner. He explained everything in an understandable manner. He gave great recommendations based on my issue. I will be continuing to see Dr.Miranda. She also told me that these types of treatments can take a while. needless to say, I begin treatment on October 26th of this year and treatment ended December 23rd of this year. something I've been trying to get rid of for years. I had 2 friends who recommended this place so I called on Saturday, and I got an appointment for today, Monday-- there had been a cancellation. I was in luck, but dreading the appointment. I saw Dr. Daddio. He was wonderful. He was kind and did everything he could to put me at ease. He explained what he was doing throughout the whole visit. Even as I had tears running down my face because I was so embarrassed and scared about my stupid toenails-- I hate feet!-- he just told me that this is what he does everyday and he's used to it. I had a surgery three years prior and was experiencing significant pain and zero reduction in pain. No one even bothered to call back. When I went online to schedule through their online portal, I confirmed that I had scheduled an appointment. Took a half day off from work drove 25 minutes to their office, satisfied that I had an appointment and I was looking forward to discussing options and what had gone wrong and to ultimately relieve the pain I had been suffering. Not only was I greeted by a rude receptionist who took her sweet time responding to me, she claims she had no record of my confirmed appointment, and told me they would not be seeing me that day. I asked when I could schedule another appointment, squelching my anger and disappointment. She said oh not for a few months we are all booked up. When I divorced them in their services and found a new podiatrist and orthopedist within two days. I had a new appointment with a physician who took x-rays and analyze that the implant that I had been given, had not settled properly was not done correctly, and was the cause of my ongoing pain. I would not ever recommend Yale podiatry group. And I'm saddened at the fact that they carry the Yale name and tarnish it so as if wielding Yale in front of a podiatry group name would bring them business piggybacking off of Yale New Haven Hospital. I show up for the appointment and was told it did not book and was turned away. It's time for a physician's office that returns phone calls and is communicative and attentive to my needs. In addition, visits in the past have been less than hospitable by the staff, and irreverent. I often had to wait nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I will not be returning.
