He said Hispanics like me always want a free haircut and that I had f'ed up hair to begin with. This was ignored. after the first 2 strokes I knew this was going to be bad. She started with a number 4 and did not ever try to fade it from short at the bottom to longer as she went up like I asked. I again explained how I wanted it cut, Again I was ignored. She switched to a number 1 and proceeded to run it tight to my skull almost to the top of my head. I said to myself "it's okay, it will grow back. All this was done with my back to the mirror, when she turned me around I was heartbroken. It was horrible,nothing like I asked for. I shook my head and said "no, this is not what I asked for" in a calm, nice manner. no sooner had the words left my mouth when another Blonde gal, who I assume works there said in a nasty, loud voice "you don't have to be rude!!" I was not rude, I did not raise my voice, I was just trying to explain why I did not like my cut and what was wrong with it. That, as a paying customer, I had every right to do!! She continued to berate me. People make mistakes, I would have given the young lady who cut my hair another chance, everyone deserves one, she seemed stunned by what was being said and I felt bad for her. Because of this sad, nasty, angry woman, I will never go there again. Everything I wrote here is the absolute truth so I hope you take this to heart when thinking about using this Barber Shop.
