I felt people should know the situation if they went in so they weren't blindsided with sketchy cleanliness like I was. It's now Dec 31 (I figured I'd give them a couple weeks with the holidays) and I never heard anything despite them having three ways to get in contact with me, two of which they used before my service so we know those work.
