I have always enjoyed getting my eyebrows done here and would constantly boast about this business and their talent in their field. I only get my eyebrows done about four times a year. I always pay $20 on their $11 eyebrow service, and leave the change for a tip. I went in last night and asked to have my eyebrows cleaned up as I have always done. When she gave me the mirror she turned away and didn't even look me in the eye. I figured, "Hey, I come here all the time, these people are professionals, they always do me right." No....the lady that had serviced my eyebrows had left them at different lengths, different curvature in the arches, and an extra sharp tail on one side and not the other. It hurts to have a business that you have trusted for so long with your cosmetic care to intentionally cause for humility and embarrassment in your life. Of course hair grows back but it's ridiculous that I would even have to deal with this issue with people who claim to be professionals, when they are clearly not. I will NEVER go back to the eyebrow threading business located in the Apple Blossom Mall ever again.

When I was in the chair the women doing my eyebrows proceeded to ask me if I wanted my mustache threaded, I said no bc I have only peach fuz and it isn't noticeable in that area, then after she finished my eyebrows she asked again and I said no for the 2nd time, I was a bit annoyed by this because they asked me twice after I said no once, when I got back to my car I saw my left eyebrow was cut from the threading and drew blood and left a scab and she never told me about it in the shop that she had cut me, I have never had a bad experience before this and I will not be returning because I feel it is unacceptable to cut a client and not tell them.

I appreciated that Allyson had come in on days that she did not work in order to do my trial-run and wedding day hair and make-up. I don't think that things could have turned out nicer! Unfortunately, I could not hear the woman's name. I went to the salon today and asked to speak with a manager, and actually met with the owner (Mr. Carmen- apologies if that is not the correct spelling). He listened to my tale and asked if I could wait 10 or 15 minutes and he would have one of his stylists fix the issue. That stylist ended up being a wonderful man named Jesse Z. He was able to diagnose my issue immediately and assured me that bobs are his specialty. He was not lying. He was able to make my hair look great. But Salon Alure did not just simply have someone fix the problem. When I was checking out...they not only did not charge me for today's fix (which I expected)...they gave me a gift certificate for my next visit as well. I certainly did not ask for that, nor was I expecting it. I must say I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative. I know everyone has a bad day now and then, Lord knows I have had my share. But my experience today with Salon Alure has renewed my faith and I look forward to my next appointment with Jesse. WOW!! Words cannot even explain how much I am in love with my lips after getting the "lip blush" by…read moreSommer. I was super scared they would come out really dark and look like lipstick- but they look so amazingly natrual, most people think I have on a lip stain or some sort of gloss! When I got to Sommer's studio space, I was very nervous (even though I have countless tattoos ) but she did amazing at making sure I was comfortable and very informed about every step throughout the procedure.. that in itself put my mind at ease especially because I had a mouth guard in and couldn't really ask any questions () . Also, she keeps her space very very clean, & tidy. (Plus her disinfection & sanitation is on point!! ) I had a specific color in mind and Sommer was able to find the exact color I wanted very quickly and even let me try it on to be sure that's what I actually wanted! I told her my concerns about my small upper lip and she showed me how she could accentuate my cupid's bow & natural lining of my lips to give a fuller, more feminine look- I was skeptical but decided to just go for it! Sommer made sure I was comfortable and as numb as possible throughout the procedure as I didn't take too well to the first round of numbing cream, she explained that once the skin was broken she could use another numbing cream and when she did, I was totally numb!! The parts of my lips closest to the inside of my mouth felt a little "prickly" but nothing unbearable at all!! After the procedure was finished she explained all aftercare to me and sent me home with an aftercare kit to use for the next 10-14 days... there was some peeling and dryness to my lips for the next week or so but that was to be expected. I felt no pain or tenderness after the first day, once the initial swelling went down. Then, after about 10 days they seemed to be healed up very nicely and I am absolutely in love with them!! Perfect if you're looking for something subtle but still sexy! Now all I have to do in the mornings is put on my lashes and clear lip gloss and I'm done!! Thank you so much Sommer! It was truly a pleasure & I can't wait for my touch up!!

My brows always come out perfect and they genuinely take their time to make sure everything looks good, they're also the only place that have gotten my eyebrows exactly how I want them. Recently, I decided to try one of their facials and I completely fell in love. It was SO relaxing and such a great experience from start to finish. The two ladies that run it are the absolute sweetest and always make me feel so comfortable and welcome. There's an American Threading Plus that's closer to me, but I will happily drive the extra 5 minutes every single time just to be serviced by Threading Hub N More. They've definitely earned a loyal customer from me. Highly recommend!

The owner especially is wonderful and very much cares about her customers. The only reason to give this place less than a five star review is because you did not speak up while you were there to get your issues corrected. Highly recommend this place!
