EXCELLENT pedicure! This was my first time in and the prices, staff, and service were all exceptional. Nice, calming classical music playing in the background, very clean shop, well stocked and organized. Basic pedicure was $35, $50 for hot stone, and $60 for the deluxe. I went with the hot stone and it was well worth it. They spent an hour on massage, lotion, hot wax for your feet, and scrubbing and buffing. The pedicure itself was just what I wanted. I was looking for a burnt orange for fall and didn't see it on the samples I was given. I stopped the service immediately as I knew they couldn't deliver what I wanted and they wanted to charge $49 for this mess. I did not want to pay at all but felt bad for the work already done so I paid $30 and left. This is something a child looked like they did and people there only cared for the money not to give a good service. He did an okay job of getting the gel off, but then he used a really harsh file to file my nails and basically broke and split every single nail. I am very picky as to where I will go get my nails done because I do them myself and have for a decade. I used to be a nail tech so I'm just a little more cautious with who I trust to do my nails. Lee is the only person I can confidently walk into a place and tell her what I want and get the end results I'm looking for. My daughter and I will find a picture we like on the internet walk in show Lee what we want, and she will be honest with you if she can't recreate it herself. She really takes her time and takes pride in making her clients happy with what they get. I love what she does every single time. I have always have had good experiences with Diva Nails, but one guy here is terrible! He took almost 2 hours to do a fill with one color polish. He filled them so uneven, they are wayyy too thick and he added gems with out asking me as well as an incredibly thick top coat and dents in my nails. He also kept putting on the wrong color then wiping it off and retrying. I get that he's old and his hearing/seeing is bad, but why is he doing nails if he can't see? read more

I have been getting the dip powder manicures for almost a year now, I've been to a few places that aren't great, but this place by far is the worst. The manicures have always lasted up to three weeks, with no chipping or breaking of the nails. It has been less than 2 weeks since I went here for a powder fill, and so far 4 of my nails have chipped, (which leads me to believe the products this place uses are crappy, poor quality or expired?) won't be going there again and will NOT be recommending them! read more

I started going here the spring of 2020 and it was fabulous! Nice & cute inside it was clean, polite workers. Well over the next few visits it seemed the price was always changing... ok still kept going until I took my daughter there for a "Mommy/Daughter Day" we got mani & pedis with gel polish per usual and I let here get a design on her nail. Well I went to pay & it was "142!! For myself & my 11 tear old to get a mani/ pedi, she was charged adult prices & not child prices, got charged $20 extra for the sunflowers that were drawn on her 4 fingers total... I asked why it was so expensive I couldn't really understand so as I was leaving the lady came running out saying they didn't charge me for my daughters pedi & wanted another $35!! THE WORST PART,,,,,,,, her first time & she ends up contracting pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria & its been 6 months so far & her finger still looks so bad and her nail is falling off, chunks of skin missing. read more

They have people working who are clearly not licensed or trained professionally in any way. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. After removing my polish on my toes the gentleman proceeded to cut my toe nails, and also removed part of my big toe, causing me to bleed to the point where they couldn't stop it. I stopped the pedicure completely and sanitized my own foot with rubbing alcohol. For the manicure, they dipped my hands in paraffin wax that had clumps of hair in it, and the women who cut and shaped my nails had open sours on her hands. After the completely horrifying experience, they still charged me $15. It was very dirty, and unprofessional. I am not even sure if the tools were clean, as I didn't not see them remove them from any packets. I am not even sure if any of them are licensed as required. Perhaps I should report to the health department, before they really hurt someone. read more

So Diva nails has a new owner. The salon has not closed as people have suggested. I've gone 2xs under Cindy's management. She is cold and rude. She will also talk about you in her language to other salon employees (just add any translation app to your phone to understand what she's saying). One of her previous employees (Lou) did a horrible job on my nails, and instead of her offering a solution, she joked to Angie (the other nail technician) about the shitty job. Too bad I understood what she was saying. Cindy tends to think that everyone in the town are 'hicks' because she's from "the city" (California) as likes to proclaim all the time. First time at location. Nails were cut too far down. Cuticle cutters almost caused my feet to bleed and she dropped them on the dirty floor. She then picked them back up and continued to cut my cuticles until I made her stop. I thought that was very unsanitary. I walked out of Diva Nails in under 10 minutes extremely pissed off. They don't rush you in out. Everyone working there seemed so happy to have you at Diva Nails. The only reason I gave two stars is because the service is inconsistent. You MIGHT go and have a great experience, because you get a great nail tech. My stepmother's nails were beautiful and she thoroughly enjoyed herself. However, I did not have a good experience. My toenails were not filed straight, but at odd angles, the polish was not what I asked for, the pedicure was just plain painful, and she just got up and left halfway through the pedicure. Eventually, a different gentleman came to finish my feet. But you could tell there was no communication. This was the root of the problem. I tried to kindly tell her my problems, but she did not speak ANY english. I am certainly not prejudiced, but communication is essential when you are providing a hands-on service. She could have gotten someone else to translate for her, but instead, she just nodded her head and kept doing things wrong. Over all, it was not a torturous experience, but I feel like I should have paid $5 for what I got, not $30. Especially since I painted over my toes when I got home anyway. So, I suppose, if you speak Vietnamese (I'm pretty sure that's where this family is from), you will have a lovely time at Diva Nails. If not, reconsider. read more

Worst nail spa! I don't usually come here but I did after reading some reviews. The pedicure seemed like a reasonable price for about $25. I was getting a French pedicure. The area where you put your feet was disgusting, there was dead skin or something floating around. The customer sitting next to me also complained about theM not being sanitary. When the person starting doing my nails. She stopped halfway to do another customers nails. After about 20 minutes she gets back to me. She files my nails unevenly and also paints them unevenly. After she finishes doing my nails I was going to pay and so thinking the total was $25 I gave the cashier my card and I was charged $35. When I asked why the person doing nails told me it would be an extra charge of $5 for French and another $5 for some gel. So I paid and even tipped and left.
