They barely dried my hair, only dried enough so that I could get a feel for what the color was. I'm sorry, but if you're paying for a color and cut, a dry should come with it. I literally left the building with wet hair during winter. Keep in mind I provided pictures of what my hair looked like and what I wanted. I also asked the stylist to call me to ensure there was enough time scheduled to complete the color and cut as the receptionist was only going to schedule an hour. 2/15/24....the owner's response does not make sense, at least to me. My first visit consisted of a color and no cut and my hair was blown dry. I wasn't provided an option the second visit, so my fault for assuming that I would receive a blow dry the second time with a color and cut. It wasn't a cost savings benefit for me, it was a timing issue for the colorist. I've been to many salons and always had my hair dried and styled as part of the overall service when coloring hair.
