I have been looking forward to a massage for weeks.. we came at a little past 7:30 on 7/2 and they had closed early "because of the holiday " I would understand if it was on evening 7/3 - who doesn't want to leave work early? My first two times coming here were decent, but the third was the worst massage I have ever experienced. I stopped him about 75% of the way through because I was so uncomfortable. The guy kept trying to force me to take my sports bra off and he even brought another woman to speak to me despite me saying " No, leave it". He also reeked of cigarette smoke and coughed the entire time. I felt so gross and couldn't wait to get home and shower. Lastly, I told them multiple times that I did not want my hair touched and he did anyway and I corrected him twice. So gross. Never going back. The manager tried to convince me that you take your bra off for the body combo massage despite me not being pressured to in previous visits. Who in their right mind would get naked with no walls or doors?!? read more

This was the most stressed out I've ever felt getting a massage. Went with my 9 year old daughter to get our feet and legs massaged only. We visited the location in Hoffman estates before and enjoyed the experience there. The woman working the front desk quickly roomed us and told us to take our shirts off?? Why would anyone think it appropriate to ask a child to disrobe for a foot massage? When I expressed confusion and told her our appointment was for feet and legs only, she got visibly angry and snapped at us. Led me back to the front where she proceeded to point at the menu and shout "what do you want?! What do you want?!" I was very confused because I specified exactly what I wanted when I called and scheduled the appointment. I told her that I booked a 35 min foot massage for each of us. She was not satisfied and demanded we book a 45 instead of 35 min visit. After the massage started, she got into a loud argument with another customer over the phone. I could hear the woman on the phone screeching at her. I was stunned to see front desk lady walking in and out of our private room while we were getting services. She kept involving the two other massage therapists in the argument. This shouting continued for the duration of the appointment. Several times during the visit, the massage therapists would stop and laugh and gossip to themselves. **I no longer felt we were safe.**I kept my eyes on my daughter the entire time even though they kept telling me to put the towel over my eyes. When checking out, I was amazed by the front desk lady's lack of self-awareness ...she asks "how much for tip?" I said zero, she aggressively demanded that I tip. I don't want to get into an argument, especially in front of my daughter...so I give them 20%. Having read the other reviews discussing privacy and safety issues... I really regret exposing my daughter to such a chaotic and potentially dangerous situation. This establishment is not only unprofessional, it's traumatic. I think it possibly needs to be investigated too because another reviewer mentioned that a staff member was taking pictures of her while getting a massage. Again, deepest regrets for visiting this establishment thinking that it would be the same quality as the one in Hoffman Estates. I will never return and will always warn other women to stay far far away. read more
