My sister was in town for a visit and we wanted to do something for ourselves but didn't have a lot of time or money to do anything. This place had solid reviews, and a lot of them! So we decided to get pedicures. I can't say enough positive things about this place! Very poor pedicure service - the technician was obviously rushed, no leg massage like I usually get here, and I was done 15 minutes before another customer who arrived before I did. Then as soon as the pedicure was complete I was basically thrown out of my chair without help to get out and then the tech just pointed for me to go sit by the dryers. No one offered any help after that to remove the toe separators or spray our feet before we left. There are plenty of other salons in the area - not coming back. Hi5 Nails is excellent! The salon is spotless, bright and always busy! The technicians are great and my favorite tech, Jackie, is outstanding! My nails always look great and, if a problem does occur (a rare occasion), you can just stop in and they will fix your issue without an additional charge. Also, they always have movies on, with closed captioning, so that you can watch a movie and relax if you don't care to have a conversation. I have never had a bad experience there! Favorite nail place in the area. Every nail tech I've had is so meticulous and my no chip lasts forever! I've had no chip manicures that chip or separates but it never has happened with them. Went here last weekend with my girlfriend. We love trying new salons. I got a manicure and pedicure done. The service was good, the techs were nice, didn't talk much but that honestly didn't bother me. I did bring my own colors for my mani and pedi. The pedi was done well and so was the manicure. However, my mani barely lasted a week which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, this was the first time ever getting a manicure done at a salon where they didn't add any cuticle oil after the service was done which was interesting. All in all, it was an okay experience. I mean you win some and you lose some. This was a fine experience but I don't think I'll be back, just wasn't my vibe. read more

I had a great experience at this salon. The salon was clean, well maintained and had a modern design. I made an appointment and was sat down at a chair immediately. I got a regular pedicure - the massage was great, the polish finish was perfect, they even give you a shoulder rub (albeit a quick one) when you sit down at the dryer! My only critique is that they only seemed to have one pedicure option (or, at least, I wasn't offered any options) and sometimes I like to have a longer one with a little more pampering. Pros: It was easy to make a same-day appointment, the place was clean, and appointment started pretty close to on-time. Nails came out nicely. Cons: my technician didn't say a word to me except "switch" and didn't seem friendly at all. The massage was nonexistent. Her nails were really sharp and she kept hurting me. The owner was cruel to me. I had asked for my nails to be square with rounded edges. I asked to do a little more or less to make my nails look the way I wanted, and she grabbed my hand very tightly, twisted my hand with a very tight grip and I had to tell her that she was hurting me! I was annihilated. I let her know how rude and unprofessional she was. She could care less. People like this should not own a business serving people. I would never set foot in there again. Worst pedicure and manicure I have received. I usually go to another nail salon in the area and the last couple of times I've come here I've had ok experience. Today was the last time I will come here. You would think you would at least get a 2-3 min massage for each leg/foot, nope I got. 15 second massage yes I said that right. I'm on my feet all day being in healthcare and I look forward to my pedicures. Also my no chip manicure looks like 5 year old did it. I decided to try this place out for a pedicure based on the great yelp reviews it had, boy was I wrong. The place is clean and new, however I was really disappointed that my $30 pedicure was over and ready for my toes to be painted after 10 minutes. An older woman was doing my pedicure and when I asked her to cut out my ingrown nails from both big toes which were causing me pain, she acknowledged it but did nothing, simply stroking the toes with the tool. She barely cleaned the cuticles and she also scrubbed the bottom of my foot so hard that it hurt and felt like it was burning. After asking two more times, another woman came over to get the ingrowns out. However, what really bothered me was the demeanor the older woman had, as she said to me "I'm not a foot doctor," very rudely while giving me rude looks. The other woman finished my pedicure, having to go back through and clean up what the older woman did not do, and she was very polite. However, if I am paying as much money as I am for a pedicure, I would expect it to last more than 10 minutes and for them to treat their clients with a little more respect. I am disappointed that this was my first experience at this nail salon and that this is how one of their technicians acts towards clientele. It was enough for this to be my first and last visit to this salon. read more

Now they have decided to strike out on their own and I want to support them with my business. The salon is beautiful, super clean, sunny and bright inside. Everything has been thought of for the comfort of their clients; from sanitized equipment to the music they play to the chairs for a pedicure. They did this right! My daughter and I went to go and get a manny/Pedi. They asked us what kind of upgrades we want it for the pedicure and I selected the deluxe. Other than putting some hot towels I did not find anything extra that would've been provided by any other nail salon for a regular service. They tried to use relaxed lighting for the pedicure at the gentleman doing my nails couldn't really see it clipped my toenail incorrectly (splitting inside of an nail and causing it to bleed pretty bad.) I walked in with my toenails straight and walked out with them crooked. My big toenail was not file down straight but is actually crooked. I pointed it out several times to him and he did nothing. I mentioned it to my daughter and she told me to relax. It was sort of hard to relax when you've had your toenail clipped and you're bleeding all over the place and now your toenails are crooked. I should've walked out the door then but I stayed and regret it. It took the man an hour and a half to get the dip off. On of my nails had the old dip lifted from the nail and he just twisted it off. Tearing the nail that I had kept safe and had no intentions of removing and wanted to keep my nails long. However he took the nail and pull it off destroying the nail and said that you could just stick a tip on it. I told him I didn't want to tip and I was very angry. He did not seem to understand me. I left very dissatisfied and paid a lot of money for horrible service. read more
