Bought my bridesmaid dress from here. Was an awful awful AWFUL experience. Not only was the dress ridiculously expensive (and they never told us the price or walked through our budget until we ordered) but they came in 3 months later than they promised us, they measured us wrong and the dresses were huge costing us each over $100 in alteration, even came in the wrong size that we ordered and the customer service has done NOTHING to help us. I would never recommend this place to others. After telling what has happened to us to someone else, they revealed that they have had an awful experience here as well. Screw up one dress... that's awful, but screw up an entire wedding party..... y'all don't deserve to be in business. read more

My mother purchased my wedding dress in January of 2018 from Blush Bridal. In November of that year, my wedding was canceled and Blush Bridal agreed to try and sell my dress to someone else so my mother could receive a partial refund. It was agreed that if the dress had not been sold by the time I had returned from Afghanistan, I would come and pick up the dress. In February of 2019 while I was still deployed, I was informed that the dress was re-sold to someone else and my mother would receive a refund to her card in 10-15 business days. Long story short, after several emails and phone calls, where I was first assured the credit would appear "soon," and then altogether ignored, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in September. I received a response to my formal complaint from the business owner that, "two weeks from October first, the refund will be issued." Now, at the end of October 2019, over 8 months after my dress was sold to someone else, my mother still has not received her refund. I have had no choice but to go to the district clerk's office and file a small claim. While I hope no one ever has to cancel a wedding, please be cognizant that Blush Bridal profited off of my loss by keeping my mother's payment and selling my dress to someone else. read more

I came to Blush Bridal with all other options exhausted- I visited all Bridal stores/boutiques in the area AND THEN SOME, prior to coming here. I honestly didn't expect to find the dress I wanted wear down the aisle! However, Candice was the best at getting me to make some decisions and sure enough I found the perfect dress!! I enjoyed the staff very much!! So friendly, helpful and by the grace of God- oh-so patient with me both during my appointment and following! My routine schedule is so insane that I stressed over time and my capability to even make my appointments. What an amazing bridal experience! My friend made an appointment to try on bridal dresses. The attention, care and overall experience was amazing. We were the only people in the shop which made for a personal atmosphere. She was shown a variety of beautiful options and her likes and dislikes were heard and listened to. We never felt pressured to purchase a dress and when it did come time to purchase the dress, it was easy and seamless. I can't recommend this boutique enough! read more

While I live in Miami and have never been to the Fayetteville store, I did buy a dress over the phone with Faith. She was amazing - incredibly patient (among other qualities), which is probably the most important thing to be when working in the bridal industry. Unfortunately, the dress I ordered was sold out and the designer sent the next size up - which was just way, way too big and would have amounted to more alterations than it was worth. So I returned the dress, but would strongly recommend Blush Bridal to anyone who lives in the area or has time to wait for an online order (my wedding is in June, so unfortunately that isn't an option for me). Five stars for Faith and her team! Wish I could have met them in person. read more

Let me first explain at how beautiful the dresses are, the service is great, and the staff are so friendly. However, the stress behind the whole situation is not worth it. My best friend went with her bridesmaids, we found the perfect dress it was amazing she cried etc. We ordered the dress and extra lace to make sleeves then and there bc it was THE dress, 10 months before the wedding. The dress was due in June 2018, the wedding is in September perfect. June goes by, nothing. July goes by, nothing. August comes and at this point were all freaking out, where the hell is the dress and all we hear is "it should be here next week" and "dont worry you have plenty of time" over and over. Finally comes yesterday Aug 9th and the dress finally comes in, 2 months late and without the extra fabric that was ordered. Now I'm watching my best friend stress herself like crazy trying to get alterations, and bridal portraits done in the next 6 weeks before the wedding. The only compensation was that they gave her some lace and a garter belt for free. Long story short, the dresses are gorgeous but the timing of actually getting your dress in time is not worth the worry on top of the already enormous amount of stress brides have before their wedding anyway. read more

BEST SALON EVER! I had originally ordered my dress from a salon in upstate NY (where the wedding was being held) and had such a tragic experience that I had to escalade it to the vendors corporate office and get my money back! The vendor had recommended Blush even though it was an hour away from me in Raleigh. They assured me my experience would be better and I am so happy I decided to make the trip. Faith is an absolute breath of fresh air... professional, caring, and knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable and offered amazing suggestions. It was evident that she understood the overall look I was trying to achieve when she chose the most elegant bridesmaid dresses to complement my dress. Beautiful boutique !!!!!! Friendly staff, beautiful gowns....great experience. One suggestion.... put the prices on the gown's ticket so the bride does not have to ask the price and the associate having to go look up the price for every single gown that they like. Plus if the gown is out of their price point they don't waste time trying on a grown they can't afford. read more

I was so disappointed in the fact that my dress arrived almost 2 months later than I was originally told it would. After lots of emails.and phone calls and them changing the arrival date over and over on me, I was stressed to the max and really upset. I was deflected and pushed off every time I called and didn't feel as though they were genuinely understanding of the stress or wanting to remedy the situation. I got the dress alittle over a month before my wedding and had to swueeze in alterations and bridal portraits when I should have had 3 months time. I am getting married in June 2020! I moved to N.C. from Texas. So I was a little worried about finding a place that would cater to what I wanted in a dress and my experience to be like. I have been to MANY boutiques/bridal shops... you name it. My experience at Blush bridal, by far has been the absolute best. I cannot say enough about this place! Candice is phenomenal and never makes you feel like all she cares about is a sale. She is so patient, caring, and takes your opinion/wants and needs into consideration when helping you find the most important dress of your life. Blush Bridal is exceptional! The store itself is beautiful and gives brides the true bridal experience! The decor and atmosphere are top notch! Candice, the owner, is amazing! She is extremely helpful and patient. The store had a large selection of dresses and they were all beautiful. I was disappointed going into other local bridal shops and their websites advertised a lot more than they actually had. Blush has a great selection and Candice is very responsive to messages regarding specific dresses! It is a one-on-one scheduled appointment and all her time is devoted to the bride! Although, I did not purchase my dress from Candice I fell in love with several of her dresses! Simply breathtaking and reasonable/average prices! I highly recommend her and her shop! This was the first place I went to with my maid of honor to shop for my Wedding Dress. Fatima and Candice were so patient and accommodating with me, trying on dress after dress after dress. I was so surprised to find this little bridal boutique in Fayetteville and how amazing their selection of gowns were. I fell in love with TWO of their bridal gowns, but since this was the first place I came to, I wanted to check out other places as well. After going to at least 6 other places and even going to Raleigh, my heart was set on the gorgeous dresses at Blush Bridal! I honestly couldn't pick which of the two dresses I wanted, so I decided to get BOTH. They were both so different from each other, so beautiful, yet both fit my personality so perfectly! My guests LOVED my dresses and could not get over how beautiful they looked. Thank you so much again, my wedding was amazing and it truly came down to how amazing my dresses were! I feel as though I need to have two reviews for my experience with Blush Bridal: Review #1: Blush was the third shop I visited to look for a bridal gown. The woman who helped me, Faith, was very helpful, friendly, low pressure, and overall just made the searching experience low stress and fun. Faith was able to help me find the perfect gown for less than my budget and celebrated with me when I said "Yes to the dress." It was a very pleasant and smooth visit that made me almost excited to tackle the rest of the stressful wedding plans. From this hour alone I would recommend other brides come to this store. Review #2: Upon purchasing my gown, I received an email from Blush Bridal stating that the estimated ship date for my dress was 10 weeks before my wedding (which was also told to me before I bought the dress). When that time came and went, I heard no correspondence from the store about the shipment status of the dress. I called nearly every week and was told the same thing each time: "It looks like your dress hasn't shipped yet, but it should in the next week or so." Each employee I spoke with was very nice to me, but as my wedding date approached, no one offered to do whatever they could to speed up the dress's arrival, often stating that the dress designer was responsible for when items ship out (not Blush). 4 weeks before my wedding, I called Blush and spoke with one of the co-owners. Finally, she contacted the designer and my dress arrived 3 weeks before my wedding. When I picked up the dress I received no apology for the EXTREME tardiness or the lack of effort to expedite its arrival. I understand that Blush Bridal did not make my dress and that it was the designer who shipped it late, but Blush is the company with which I did business, and they should not sell a product with such a disappointing estimate of its arrival. It is now 2 weeks before my wedding and I will be receiving my dress from the tailor two days before the big day. The experience I had with Blush Bridal after purchasing my gown has put even more pressure on me during this already stressful time. Because of this, I would not recommend Blush to others. read more

If you are rating 1-5, Blush gets a 100. Candace was absolutely amazing. I went to blush with two friends and tried on a bunch of dresses. Candace picked two dresses and those were my two favorites. I then went home which is up north and tried on hmm 20 more dresses at two different boutiques and was so dissapointed by my expereince. My poor mother was like this isn't fun as she thought it would be- I'm the oldest and frist daughter to be getting married. On a whim my parents came to visit and I asked Candace for an appointment the day of. Not only did we have an amazing appointment and pick my dress but my mother felt amazing and my stepfather was so impressed by the layout of the shop. Candace even took time to look at mother of the bride dresses with my mom and jazz me up with earrings and suggestions. The dress has one more dress- my sister- and then it will be bought- I recommended Blush to anyone near or far. read more

I have had three different experiences shopping for a wedding gown. Blush Bridal was by FAR the best experience to date. I was able to make an online appointment which then prompted me to fill out a survey to help the staff prepare for my appointment. Once you arrive you simply feel at home in the BEAUTIFUL old Victorian house. My girlfriend and I were met promptly by Candice, the owner, who gave us a little history, explained the process and let us pick out up to 6 dresses I wanted to start with. We then went upstairs to our fitting room (with even more dresses) and started trying them on. As I tried 1-2 dresses on Candice got more of an idea of what I liked (she knew me better than I knew me by the end!) and continued to find more and more dresses for me to try. We laughed a TON and had so much fun throughout the entire appointment. Candice is so easy to be with and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She's honest and will tell it how it is from style to price! It is clean, the lighting is wonderful, and she allows pictures (as long as you tag her on fb!) I can't recommend this shop more!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!! read more
