The skirts material feels like something ordered from shein and the zipper kept snagging every time I tried to zip it up even though it too large. The boots were just meh, but my calves are very large and they felt way too tight. Started a return over a week ago (they only do store credit now) and it has to be approved by staff, IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED Costumer service has gone to hell immensely and quality of clothing has 100% gone down.
