I can't say enough good things about this shop. This is the very first place I went to to find my dress and during that visit I found the one! We visited a few more shops but nothings compared to Blush. The staff is amazing. Sydney helped me the first few times I went in and was always so sweet and supportive of what I was looking for. I've since worked with several different people and every one of them has been kind and helpful. The woman who does the alterations has also been amazing and has helped relieved me of so much stress with just answer all my millions of questions. Every time I've gone in to put by dress on again it's never been a hassle. I wish they had a larger selection of bridesmaid dresses because I ended up having to get mine from Bridal Exclusives and have had the worst possible experience with them. Saved my wedding day! Ok, well at least my wedding fashion. I had looked around a lot and thought I had to settle for a boring dress as David's Bridal due to my budget. SO glad I didn't!!! This place was like a paradise in comparison. The sales ladies were not only super nice but they gave me really good fashion advice. After trying on a few dresses that I had picked out the sales women suggested a few others and I found the one! This dress is far times better than I could have imagined and it was under my budget! This shop has some really nice quality pieces and I was really surprised by the wide range of price points. They had a whole rack under $300. A lot of wedding dress shops are just way high end but luckily I found this place and didn't have to settle for a "made in china dress" from davids bridal. I highly suggest this place. :) read more

Buyer BEWARE! Very dishonest boutique. I purchased a $1,400 bridal gown that was left with Blush Bridal and several months later learned that the owner of Blush Bridal had sold the gown without my permission and without reimbursing me. Seems to be there are only three places to shop for wedding dresses in the Eugene area. Based on my experience, I'd rate Blush as the best, then Beausoleil 2nd and David's Bridal as least enjoyable. I'll compare Blush and David's Bridal as quick and easy as I can... Blush: Comfortable environment, recess lighting, limited shop traffic. Large private space for you and your guests and spacious dressing room separated by large curtains. High quality dresses, and variety. One sample size for each dress. David's: Florescent lighting, lots of shop traffic. Different size sample dresses, but low quality. Several dressing rooms and all the brides SHARE mirror area! Dressing rooms are like department stores. The employees were nice and tried their best to make me happy. Overall, shopping at David's reminded me of shopping at some store in the mall, except there were employees to help you out in the dressing room. Maybe I was spoiled because I went to Blush first, but we noticed the dresses were lower quality at David's. For example: the floral lace looked more like iron ons, while the ones at Blush were actually hand-sewn. David's also had me wear this undergarment that reminded me of Little Bo Peep, which I really didn't want to wear at my freakin wedding. Plus, if you are paying hundreds, if not a thousand for a dress, it should already have that shape from the "quality materials:. The prices are very similar anyways, with maybe David's Bridal having more options under $500. I ended up going back to Blush Bridal after shopping around because their quality was higher and the experience they provided was what one should get when shopping for their wedding. At Blush I found The One, and at David's I wasn't even close. I found a beautiful dress at Blush for $675, when my budget was about $1200. read more

My experience at Blush Bridal was special and customized! From the second my shopping party and I walked through the doors there was a smiling face to greet us. She got us right to looking at their selection and we were able to physically pick the dresses I could try on. When we were done picking out as many as we wanted, Jenn, our associate brought us into a fairly private dressing room and pedestal for my shopping party to view. Jenn was very personable and helpful, she knew the prices of the dresses by heart, and was knowledgeable of all the accessories and colors to go with the dresses. We found a dress that I fell in love with. But I still had another appointment at David's Bridal later that day. Which gave us time to think about "the one". After the impersonal and repeating myself 4 times to 4 different associates at David's Bridal, I left running back to Blush to purchase the gown I fell in love with! I came to blush just for the sake of keeping the appointment after finding "the one" at David's bridal. I figured it wouldn't hurt to look more. I'm very happy I decided to keep an open mind and my appointment. The girl helping us was very helpful and I believe she even suggested the dress I ended up getting. Knowing the dress was out of my budget, she got me a deal so it fit in my budget. That made it so much easier to say yes. The seamstress seemed to know her brides on a first name basis and the dresses they choose, so it gave me confidence that she would be great to work with. After having a very poor experience at another shop in town, I came to blush on a friends' recommendation. I am so glad that I did! They were immediately welcoming and so easy to talk to. The attendant I had was calming, reassuring and the perfect person to help me through the process after the previous experience. The shop provided a bra and slip to use while trying the gowns on, and that little detail makes all the difference in trying to picture yourself in the perfect gown. The gowns were all so beautiful and I found a handful that I was actually excited about (finally). They would suggest different belts, jewelry and headpieces to complete the picture when I was interested in a dress. The attendant provided all of there details for different alterations that were possible and the cost of the gown pre-alterations up front. They encouraged me to walk around and spend some time trying the dress out with different accessories. Ultimately I found my dream gown and purchased it the same day! Because I live 6 hours from Eugene, they called their seamstress in to start on my alterations before I left town! This was the perfect experience and I couldn't be more pleased with my gown or the individuals that assisted me. They all gave me hugs and assured me that me and my gown would be looked after. These are the kind of a ladies you want to work with!! read more

The owner was very rude. The dress selection is super limited, not a lot of variance in dress choices. I would never spend my money here because of how rude she was. There was supposed to be champagne offered to us and there was none. I felt very rushed and smothered to say the least. I wish I could give negative stars. read more

An incredible dress shopping experience! Forget David's Bridal, Blush Bridal has an incredible selection of wedding dresses to choose from. Their new location is very spacious and the staff is helpful and friendly. Teresa, the owner is an expert at what she does and I'm so glad I was able to purchase my wedding dress from there! I was also able to choose and rent a modern tuxedo for my fiance, something I had been having trouble with. I highly recommend visiting Blush Bridal if you are looking for a beautiful wedding dress and a classy shopping experience. read more

I was really surprised to have such a negative experience shopping for bridal dresses at Blush. I had read the positive reviews online and also been to Blush before with a friend who was a bride, and the person who helped my friend had been professional and competent. However, the employee who facilitated my appointment at Blush was bizarrely unprofessional. She showed up five minutes late and shook my hand, then didn't look at anyone else when I tried to introduce her to some family, then hung back awkwardly instead of asking me what kinds of dresses i was looking for, if i'd already seen anything i liked, etc. Since another employee had already helped us put some dresses in the dressing room, i took the initiative to say i was ready to try them on. The employee never asked me or my family what our budget was or asked me any details about my wedding, fiance, myself, or what kind of look/dress was looking for-- just the date we were thinking of getting married. It was hard to tell if she was socially awkward or just totally disinterested in her job-- I don't think she was inexperienced because she made reference to helping other brides try on dresses and to past Blush inventory. In the dressing room, she asked me what dress i wanted to try on first and then awkwardly held the dress about waist high so that it was hard for me to hoist my foot high enough in the air to step into it-- then proceeded to do the same thing with all the other dresses, which i finally just took from her to pull on myself. When i had pulled the dresses on (which were off the rack and usually about 4-6 sizes too big), she would just immediately start buttoning or pinning them, without looking at me in the mirror to know if the waist/bust of each dress aligned vertically with my own waist/bust. She never told me anything about each dress (e.g. what fabric, style, brand, etc.) unless i asked or mentioned how much each dress cost. When I would walk out to the main area to show my friends and family the dress, she never assured us that the dress would look different (etc.) when it was tailored or commented on how it looked, positive or negative or in terms of fit. The main contribution she made was to say that a few dresses needed a sash, which she would haphazardly drape across my chest or waist without bothering to align it with any of the features of the dress. After trying on a few dresses, i started to realize more what I liked, and would say so out loud, and ask if Blush had any dresses that were similar to the one i was trying on, but with a different skirt (for example). When I did this, she simply ignored my question and never went out to find other dresses. After we left, my family and friends (including two who had both tried on dresses previously at Blush) spent the whole car ride home talking about how amazed they were at the unprofessional service. This was my first time trying on bridal dresses myself and I will absolutely never be going back to Blush. I have been to the David's Bridal in Eugene with another friend who was a bride, and the employee there who helped my friend was equally as competent and professional as the employee who helped my previous friend at Blush -- so I would definitely take a gamble with David's over Blush. read more

I had a great experience looking for my bridal gowns and found a dress that I love. After that the great experience stopped. The manager told me my dress would arrive in three months. After 4 and a half, I called to check on it and the rude receptionist told me that "there is no way to track it." No way to track it? You can track anything you buy online, but they can't track a $1,200 dress and they only use two designers. After about 5 calls (one a week) the owner told my mom that "she didn't understand why we are worried, we have plenty of time before the wedding and August is a busy wedding month." It shouldn't matter when I'm getting married, it should matter when I ordered it. My dress finally came 6 months after I ordered it. I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses there well before I knew what a issue my dress would be. The manager told me that when I purchased the dresses we could leave them there and their in store seamstress would alter them. I still had my bridesmaids go in and try on their dresses when they arrived to make sure they were the correct dresses. When my first bridesmaid hers on, they told her the seamstress didn't have enough time to alter bridesmaids dresses and they need to go elsewhere. They said they would call with recommendation for a different seamstress (they never did). One of my bridesmaids called me when she picked up her dress and said hers had a slight brown coloring to hers (should have been all black). I called Blush to ask what we could do if they are in fact the wrong color and the owner yelled at me and told me I should have let them know sooner and there is nothing they can do for me since my wedding is three months away. (The dresses had come in three weeks ago) The only positive thing about Blush is they have great dresses. The service leaves a lot to be desired. This is their only business and they are so lazy about everything. I spent well over $2,000 there and expected to be treated a little better. I will never recommend them to anyone. read more

I went into this bridal boutique to look for a dress for my son's wedding. I was told they didn't have a specific section for mothers, but I could look "over there" and was waved to the back of the room. I found three dresses to try and walked to the counter to ask for a room. Crickets...and a "look" between the two clerks standing there. Finally one said, oh do we have a room available and then I was taken to the front of the store. She didn't stay to help me, nor did she return to ask how I was doing. When I finished, I left without buying or ordering anything, but on my way out I was thanked for coming in...really? If you are going to have a family run store and leave it in the care of young women who don't know the first thing about customer service, have the foresight to train them. While they may be fine for a bride, they have no interest in the mother. Don't waste your time, you can do better. Eugene has nothing for a mother of the bride or groom, I have never experienced such a dismal selection anywhere for a formal wedding. Go to Portland or shop the Internet, no point in going to Blush. read more
