This is just about the only place I buy shoes and always make a stop here when I'm in town to see if they have anything I can't live without. Most recently I visited to buy a new pilot's bag. The crew was friendly and efficient. It was easy to find what I needed and the store was clean and organized. It doesn't always seem to have as much merchandise as other Nordstrom Rack stores I've been to, but it's worth a stop.

Seven days (half) had elapsed when received so I was one day late and will only get store credit. Maybe! Still haven't received that even though it was delivered last week. There were lots of "Free People" clothing items here, and artisan jewelry pieces. Ok, so customer service is lacking, despite there being no shortage of employees. Selection is okay. Nothing that really fits my style. But the prices were pretty decent for being a thrift store. It didn't feel like they marked used items close to new prices the way GoodWill does. So that's a plus. The store was clean, spacious, and organized. Would I return? Nope. There was nothing egregiously wrong with my experience here. But I was bored. There was nothing memorable about it, and nothing to bring me back. Honestly, if it weren't for Yelp and documenting my experiences of places, this is one I'd have already forgotten about. It was that bland and boring to me.

I did not keep that email there was no code so I went in and he said there was no such thing as 50% off. The worker seem to know what's going on. But He cut her off and and then said his son who owns the business had him delete an email and that he would not give me any 50% off of anything unless I could show him something. I will never return here again. He did not try to reach out to his father nor was I provided for.
