French Florist is located down the street from their place so I decided to swing by. The location has plenty of parking and upon my arrival, I asked if they had any premade bouquets. The gentleman at the front showed me one but said it was sitting for awhile and he would make me a new one in 10 mins so I said yes! You can tell the team is passionate about their craft and I enjoyed watching him work his magic. He made me a fresh bouquet with fall colors for an affordable price and wrapped it up with the cutest paper. Overall, I am so happy with the result and his cousins LOVED it. My son asked to keep going and eventually the bull stopped bucking. We called Josh and they came back within a few minutes. Just needed to reconnect an obviously disconnected cable under the bull. A few days after placing the order, I learned she would be staying out of state longer than expected, so I emailed Noble Garden approximately one week before the scheduled delivery date to request a date change. After receiving no response, I followed up again--still with no reply. Unfortunately, I myself was out of the country and only had access via email. Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered as originally scheduled while no one was home and sat outside during a heat wave. When I emailed a third time, I finally received a response stating that they had never received my previous emails, even though I provided copies showing they had been sent to the email address listed for the business. They essentially wrote me off, even though I expressed my frustrations that I felt like I was being penalized by no fault of my own. I did my due diligence to contact them multiple times with a contact form they provided. After I shared my experience in a review, I was then offered 50% off another order, but only if I removed my review first. I declined because my review was an honest account of my experience. I also noticed the business promotes "free delivery", but I was charged a $15 delivery fee for a local delivery. Flowers--especially sympathy flowers--are meant to bring comfort during a difficult time. Unfortunately, this experience caused additional frustration and disappointment instead.
