This was the most amazing customer service experience I had in a long time. I found Gardena Florist via Yelp to get floral arrangements for my Grandmas funeral. I love flowers but I know nothing about them. I just walked in with a credit card, tears, and knowing the funeral was purple and yellow because of her love of the lakers. Even in my down spirit, they made me laugh and showed me all the cool layouts they can make. We settled on three "sprays" and a basket. They kept in contact and drove all the way across town to deliver them before the funeral. The photos don't do them justice. The heart was breath taking. They were so fresh and smelled so good. I was not able to keep them because I have pets and a few were not pet friendly. They went to other homes and I am sure they last a good amount of time. I would absolutely come again for other occasions! The sweetest staff and you can tell it's genuine. I think I hugged them. lol read more

Warren from Gardena Florist did such an amazing job on this beautiful spray for my cousins funeral. I gave them an inspiration photo that I found but I told them to do their thing and that's exactly what they did. There wasn't any blue flowers available but Warren suggested that he could spray paint them blue and it was such a perfect touch to honor my cousin who was an amazing graffiti artist! By coincidence, they were located next door to the mortuary that my cousin's service was being held. I love supporting small businesses and if you are looking for a florist this is the one! I called Gardena Florist and spoke with Elle who was extremely helpful! I didn't really know what I wanted for flowers so she guided me through the process, I got a nice vase and she printed out a nice birthday wishes card from me and my wife, to be delivered to my daughters's workplace office in a few days time. On the night before delivery the florist texted photos of the bouquet to me and confirmed the delivery address; and on the morning of the delivery a man in a blue suit delivered the flowers to my daughter's office!!!
