I called ahead to see if they accepted walk-ins, and Warren was very kind to offer to stay after closing time to accommodate. I rushed over right before closing and my flowers were ready in 10 minutes! They also have a selection of cards available. I called in a last-minute order that needed to be delivered to a restaurant in Manhattan Beach within two hours. The person who took my call was so kind and accommodating. This is the BEST flower shop in all of the south bay. They are intentional with delivery, extremely personable, cordial, and will go out of their way to ensure your flowers look amazing, and get there perfectly. These look even more stunning and beautiful than in the pictures, honestly. Huge shout out to Warren, who was an absolute gem of a person and was truly so awesome!! This was the most amazing customer service experience I had in a long time. I found Gardena Florist via Yelp to get floral arrangements for my Grandmas funeral. I love flowers but I know nothing about them. I just walked in with a credit card, tears, and knowing the funeral was purple and yellow because of her love of the lakers. Even in my down spirit, they made me laugh and showed me all the cool layouts they can make. We settled on three "sprays" and a basket. They kept in contact and drove all the way across town to deliver them before the funeral. The photos don't do them justice. The heart was breath taking. They were so fresh and smelled so good. I was not able to keep them because I have pets and a few were not pet friendly. They went to other homes and I am sure they last a good amount of time. I would absolutely come again for other occasions! The sweetest staff and you can tell it's genuine. I think I hugged them. lol read more

Warren from Gardena Florist did such an amazing job on this beautiful spray for my cousins funeral. I gave them an inspiration photo that I found but I told them to do their thing and that's exactly what they did. There wasn't any blue flowers available but Warren suggested that he could spray paint them blue and it was such a perfect touch to honor my cousin who was an amazing graffiti artist! By coincidence, they were located next door to the mortuary that my cousin's service was being held. I love supporting small businesses and if you are looking for a florist this is the one! If I ever need flowers in the future I will be using Gardena Florist. Very affordable as well! read more

Service was phenomenal. I didn't want to drive downtown so I looked in my area. When I got there the place was under construction but the doors were open. I still went inside. I was asked what did I need. They didn't say no to anything. Warren came out with the same enthusiasm and was eager to get me exactly what I wanted. I would refer them 100 times. Im upset I didn't take a picture of the arrangements. Possibly because it was so beautiful I was excited to give to my friend for her moms ceremony of life. I have referred so far 5 times. I placed an order a few days ago and just noticed that my original charged was credited. I tried calling their phone number but it just rings and rings and there's no answering machine to leave a message. I wanted the flowers to get there by Friday (tomorrow) to memorialize my young niece who passed away a year ago. Now I'll have to scramble to find a new florist. read more

I live in Maine and my daughter works in Gardena. Her birthday was coming up in a few days and my wife and I decided to send her flowers to her office. I called Gardena Florist and spoke with Elle who was extremely helpful! I didn't really know what I wanted for flowers so she guided me through the process, I got a nice vase and she printed out a nice birthday wishes card from me and my wife, to be delivered to my daughters's workplace office in a few days time. On the night before delivery the florist texted photos of the bouquet to me and confirmed the delivery address; and on the morning of the delivery a man in a blue suit delivered the flowers to my daughter's office!!! She was so surprised and thrilled!! Thank you so much Gardena Florist for the great personalized service, you made a wonderful memory for my daughter and my wife and I. My favorite is Snow White, but I'm saving her for the big 5-0 next year, so I had to choose another Disney theme--and pirates won!What I didn't think about was that a pirate party would attract a whole bunch of kids! Thank goodness for the combo jumper /waterslide from California Jumpers. it ended up being the hit of the party. At one point I looked over and realized half of my adult friends were racing down the slide like they were eight years old again. Somehow they even convinced me to give it a try.
