Ok so for the price of a bag of rose petals I personally don't think I got enough. A medium size bag is $35 and the petals were not fresh. So for the price I think we should get more petals. Which actually makes me sad because Sam is such a sweetheart. He is a really nice businessman and even gave me 2 things for free that I put into my hair. Now I will take into consideration that I got it super late right before closing and only gave him less than 10 minutes to gather my order together. This shop runs a side business as a Bounce Luggage Storage. I reserved a space for my bag to be dropped off at 4:30PM and picked up at 8AM the next day. Keep in mind this shop states that it closes at 11PM. I dropped off my bag at 5PM with no problems. I received a voicemail that evening from the owner asking why I didn't pick up my bag at 8PM. I called the owner back at 10PM and they began by accusing me of wasting their time by not picking up my bag, needless to say it was unprofessional. It was determined that they read my reservation incorrectly and thought my pick up time was at 8PM instead of 8AM the next day. They did not acknowledge their mistake and did not hold themself accountable. I then decided that I wanted to pick up the bag the same evening because of this experience. The owner refused to return my bag because they were not at the shop. They started making remarks such as "you need to pay me extra for gas to go back to the shop." I stated that I can wait for them and pick it up when they get back to their shop at 1030PM. They continued to refuse to give me my bag back even though they would return back to their shop. I brought up the point that they close their shop at 11PM and they continued to ignore that point restating that my reservation is until 8AM the next day. I was confused because my request was within store hours and me retrieving my bag early would not change the price I paid. In the end they held my bag until the morning and I had to spend the night without my belongings. If there is one thing I recommend, it is to not use this place as a luggage storage due to their inflexibility and unprofessionalism. Note to the owner: change your hours to realistically reflect what times you are open to avoid negative situations like this. read more

I really find it hard to believe all the positive reviews about this place. If i had the time and the resources, i will sue this place. The owner of the place i believe whose name is Sam delivered flowers to my house yesterday which were full of deadly and venomous recluse spiders. Luckily my wife noticed the spiders crawling on the roses before she got bit and had to throw the whole thing in trash and when called to complain about it,Sam pretended like he doesn't know what to do or how the spiders got there. Ruined my entire anniversary night. I hope for the safety of everyone out there, please stay away from this place and if you have no choice and end u getting flowers from this place,make sure you check the flowers for any spiders or any other insects in them. Not just the spiders, i called 2 days ahead of time to place an order because i needed something special for our first wedding anniversary so i wanted to make sure the florist had plenty of time to prepare it, placed the order over the phone with Sam who said he will make something that i have never seen before for the special occasion and was very quick to charge my credit card. The day of our anniversary came and I called Sam that i am on my way to pick up the flowers, Sam pretended like he does not know who i am and kept asking my name again and again and after 5 minutes of conversation Sam said " looks like i forgot to make your order " just like that. At this time i have friends and family waiting for us at a restaurant and i don't have the one thing that i needed the most and the worst part about it, after saying that he forgot to make the order and let me check with my sister at the shop, he did not take my phone calls for the next 25 minutes and kept sending them to voicemail. So Sam called back and said " I sure did forgot to make your order and just give me the address and i will make something quickly and deliver it to you" The whole reason for putting the order in 2 days before was that there were some specific things that i asked for and there was no way that he could get me all that in such short time but i did not had any other choice so i said okay and gave him the address. At this time, everyone was waiting for us at the restaurant and i was waiting on Sam to deliver on his promise. Sam arrived at my place around 7 with something in his hands that below average and surely was not something that you will give to your wife on your first anniversary and paid such a big amount for it in advance, in hopes that i will get exactly what i asked for and we were an hour late to our own party all thanks to Sam. I had no other choice and i accepted the flowers and then i went to my car where my wife was waiting for us to leave for the party and gave them to my wife. she noticed a few small things crawling on the roses and she thought it was a prank for Halloween to scare her and when she showed it to me, i immediately took it out of her hands and threw it outside because when i looked at that spider i knew what kind it was and what it could do to you, i know a thing or two about spiders and their kinds and i thank god that none of us got bit. I immediately called Sam who said you should not have thrown the flowers out and i was like are you kidding me, do you even have any idea what kind of spiders were on those flowers and what could have happened if they had bit me or my wife because the recluse spiders are very deadly and their one bite is capable of such a powerful venom that sometimes there is no other way but to amputate the infected part of the body in order to stop the infection from spreading. Not one time did Sam showed any remorse or guilt for ruining our entire night and nor did he offer to refund the money. This story is a doosy!!! Very, Very disappointing. I placed an initial order 3 weeks in advance for 11 centerpieces and 100 LS roses for which we were charged the entire amount. Two weeks later I increased the order to 14 centerpieces and 130 LS roses When the flowers were delivered we only received 80 roses (not the 130 or even the initial 100 for which we pre-paid) and 11 centerpieces not 14. We got ripped off BIG time. After being harassed for payment, he threatens me and says, that unless I pay the remainder IN CASH he will not deliver our order. In the end, we didn't get our full order and he overcharged us for what we did get. He is rude, a liar, a cheat and extremely unprofessional. I BEG OF YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN - SAM.
