It's really hard to love any nail salon here when the people providing you the service are so uninterested in what they are doing or unskilled. Blush is my 4th or 5th place I've visited trying to find a place that fits my expectations for the money these establishments want. What I noticed here today is Taun is not much for cleaning out the pedicure run after a client!!! (EWW) who wants to share foot germs with other strangers especially with some of the feet I've seen? No one I gather! So I get stuck with a young girl who's only been doing nails for 2 years or so, ok.... She does a pretty decent pedi but my gel mani was Ehhhh. I leave with nails that are different length s, WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN WITH YOU SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS?? If I wanted a home gel mani I can do that, and probably do a better job than you! A professional should be able to LOOK at my nails and tell me what I need not the reverse. And as sweet as my nail tech was her waiting to see what tip I was gonna put down was extremely annoying. Truth be told I didnt want to leave one at all but did. Some ppl who have been in the area all their lives may think this place is awesome, but personally for me coming from NJ where I've had better service for a cheaper price I am not impressed with Blush or Lexington or SC Nail professionals..... Really enjoyed the staff and my gel nails were perfect for over 3 weeks. However, I cant seem to make an appointment due to none being available. Thats my biggest complaint. My nails look terrible because I have had to wait so long to get in!!! However, I will make an appointment eventually and I have a feeling this will be my new place to go. Honestly this salon is the best one in the Columbia/Lexington Area. They are quite busy alot of the time so it really is nice to call the day before to make an appointment but they are busy for really good reason! I've been here countless times and they have always done an excellent and sanitary job on my hands and feet and even my occasional eyebrow wax. They almost always ask if their customers want some water or some wine and always explain how to use the massage chairs and really go above and beyond. I've even had help and advice picking the right nail color when I was indecisive! Also, the salon itself is massive compared to other and it's never cramped and stuffy. They have nice welcoming decor and people who greet you as soon as you walk in. I really can't say enough how thankful I am for finding a nail salon that is consistently good and has my nails staying looking wonderful for well over the estimated time. read more

The best nail salon in Lexington! We were welcomed immediately and the staff was so friendly. The were very patient with my elderly grandmother who was getting her nails done and always made sure we were comfortable. Beverage service and and incredible color selection! We will be back!! read more

They did a good job. I went on a Saturday and they were pretty busy. Pedi chairs are all lined up in a row so it feels a lot like a social event. They forgot to do the edges of my toenails but fixed it when I asked. They got a little crazy with my eye brow waxing and took more off then I would have liked, but the shape was good. read more

The girl who did my nails was excellent in fact everything was great except for the fact I saw a cockroach I won't pay top dollar for a cockroach walking past me. Height of a girl and she tried to tell me it was a fly it wasn't I know what a cockroach look like. I went to the nail saloon so my daughter could get a full set. I wasn't welcomed or greeted politely, after I signed in I was told the wait was 30 minutes. After waiting for a good 20 minutes I asked how much longer the wait would be, one of the employees rudely said, "I already told you it would be a 30 minute wait." After I waited for another 30 minutes I kept seeing people who didn't have appointments walk in and get a full set and walk out. I asked why it was taking so long and the boss of this establishment was being very rude to me and one other customer. She handed me the sign in list and showed me someone else's signature and told me I had only signed in a few minutes ago. I informed her politely that the signature wasn't mine and I had been waiting for an hour. My daughter finally went back to have her nails done and while she was getting them put on I was talking to another customer about how ridiculous the wait was. The boss interrupted us to tell us, " if you don't like it you can leave." She argued with me for a few minutes and then kicked me and the other customer out. My daughters nails weren't done at all. The lady had only glued on her acrylics and only cut one hand! I do not recommend this place to anyone! It is extremely too busy, and the employees are so rude and don't help the customers feel relaxed or pampered like they should when they go get their nails done. Once we left we went to Aqua Nails and Spa to have them finished, and me and my daughter completely fell in love with the environment. The employees were so nice and made me and my daughter feel relaxed and have a few laughs. My daughter got her nails done as soon as she walked in. We will come here every time from now. Her nails look great! I definitely do not recommend Blush Nails and Spa to anyone and will not be back! read more

Some techs are better than others. Good service when you can get some! I've been twice trying to get my nails done recently. The first time I had to wait after my pedi and I didn't have time. The second time they tell me at 4:20 that they aren't taking anymore acrylic. Soooo if I had regular nails it would be ok?! (For the person that knows what they're doing acrylic doesn't take that long) and WTF They don't close until 6. You are a nail salon, so as long as I wasn't coming in at 530 it shouldn't matter what service I want and if this is the case, it needs to be posted somewhere in the establishment! The place is ridiculously busy that they rush through your appointment. The only place I've been where my shellac manicure chipped the same day because they didn't give adequate time for drying. They were very apologetic, but it was still disappointing, and they couldn't get me back in that day to fix it. They will fix a mess up for up to 7 days after, and they are very nice, and they serve mimosas, but I felt so rushed and I will not be back. And I had an appointment! I can't imagine being a walk-in. read more
