DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I wanted a simple manicure with gel polish. Before he sat down.. I waited for about 15-20 mins for him to finish his smoke break, comes in smelling horrible and didn't even wash his hands. I specifically told the guy not to drill my nail, to soak off the gel polish.. he pulls out the drill... then he pulls out not sterilized cuticle trimmer and sprays alcohol on it. He kept arguing with me over the color I picked. He applied the thinnest, un even polish coats. I told him not to file the new growth down and he gave me this hideous round shaped. The worst experience of my life. He was rude. Will NEVER EVER BE BACK. GO TO ANY OTHER NAIL PLACE. read more

Service was great but one of the workers had his phone playing as loud as he could which was super annoying! So much for relaxing! Put your air buds in and TURN YOUR PHONE OFF!!! Nobody wants to hear all that noise when they are paying good money to relax! And another one of the employees was taking a nap as well with her phone blasting! I was greeted instantly which was nice! I walked right in and was seen immediately! But from there it was not the best experience. While buffing the nail, the artist went over my skin and cut open 3 different fingers. The color is spotty, the design is not good at all. My nails and fingers look like I did them myself. For sure not worth the $73.20. They were very kind but for the quality of nails, I will never go back. read more

I took my child there today the guy Michael made her nail bleed and then his ass was snappy bc she didn't know how long she wanted her nails. We sat thru the worst customer service just to finish her nails and get out. I promise you we will NOT go back! I think that all nail spas have their own issues. No one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. I've read a lot of these reviews that I do not agree with. I've been over here for about a year and I think this group of professionals do a good job. I'm very picky and have standards. They meet my needs and they do work. They are ALWAYS busy and that says a lot to me. The only reviews that I see are negative probably because someone was angry for the service that they received and this defames the business themselves instead of seeing how they can fix the concerns. My nails look good and I'm pleased. Don't allow these reviews to make your decision. Good people and good work! read more

I went here because I got a gift certificate for Mother's Day. I was not happy with the service at all. Barely talked to me. I wasn't happy with my pedicure. I expressed very politely that I wasn't happy with the color and they just didn't care and didn't offer to fix it, I left very unhappy and will not return. read more

This place was horrible. I really regret trying this place out. The staff was just plain assholes. They kept asking for regular or gel, because if you don't say gel, they will keep asking. They did not trying to talk to me or my daughters. And I paid over 200$ for all 3 of us for full sets and waxing. Friendly is not a word they understand in English. I will never come to this place again. And watch out for them yanking your hands around. Also if your afraid of spiders don't come here. As soon as I walked in, my daughters were afraid of a big spider on the floor. I'm not afraid , so I stepped on it. As soon as I did, a million babies came out. Only 1 star because there's no option for 0! I got 3 full sets. Myself and my 2 grandchildren. I could've went to Dollar General and bought the set to do my own for $7 and had better results. My nails look a mess and my granddaughter is embarrassed by hers! The staff is rude and stopped several times during the process to help other customers While leaving us waiting. Over half of mine are crooked. My granddaughter asked for coffin shape and I can't even explain what she got. I still have excess acrylic under my nails. I will never go back here. If I could I would give them a zero! My granddaughter has been going there routinely and has had pre good results. This time there is no returning for my family which has 6 girls if of which will not go there again They were rushed, they changed her seat 5 times and had multiple people working on her full set. They spilled some chemical on her hands. When I complained about the final product, they had the nerve to argue and the male tech there was raising his voice to me saying "we did the service, we do not refund. We will fix!" Well if nothing was wrong with them as they said, then what are the going to fix? Her nails were shorter than she wanted, the lengths were different and the polish was caked on. It is a terrible job. Then they had the nerve to start talking in their language as they walked away and I told them to speak English when they want to talk about me so I can understand and open my can of whip ass! They demanded I pay. They were extremely nasty to the point I had to tell that male tech to back the hell up and calm the hell down. Never again. First time visiting and I won't be back. Let me start by saying they were all so very nice which made calling out the poor dip job really difficult as I never want to hurt anyone's feelings or complain. I've been getting dip for over two years now and have never had a job done so badly. It took the tech an hour and a half to apply dip to my natural nails. After she finished, my nails were bumpy, had air bubbles, dented in some places and filed so far down the tips of some of my fingers felt and still look burnt. I watched her make several mistakes and try to fix it by smushing the powder with her finger. I knew it was bad but thought I could try and live with it. Paid and looked at them in the car and knew I just couldn't leave with them that bad. Some nails the dip was so thick it looked like my nail was bulging or bubbled out. Went back in and tech first tried to make excuses, then offered to redo them Wednesday for free. I said no and asked them to just take it off and not redo it. Someone who may have been the manager took me back and fixed it as best as she could, and she did make it look a lot better considering she had a mess to work with. read more
