After some discussion owner/operator approved a spray tan. My wife went back a few days later, as I purchased a 1 month service, and was told by the owner/operator she was not due any more services as she already received what she paid for. This place must not be doing very well to treat customers like this. Do not go there and do not buy their groupon deals.

His salon is kept meticulously clean, and the individual rooms are regularly vacuumed and the tanning units are thoroughly cleaned after each use. Roger takes great pride in his business, and it shows! He has all the latest products for very reasonable prices! I highly recommend 'Ultimate Rayz' to anyone, you wont find a better equipped tanning salon with friendly and knowledgeable staff! Spray tanning is available but I believe by appointment. I came here for a spa day for my birthday for a massage, bikini/leg wax and a mani-pedi. At the time I made my appointments, I was told I could get a dip manicure. My massage was great. I was relaxed and Richard was very good at knowing how to push and mush my problem areas. Sue was fantastic. I've never done a wax, so I was nervous, but Susan made me comfortable. I didn't feel awkward at all. The only issue I had Sue actually pointed out; because my massage was scheduled first, my legs were oily for my waxing appointment, which made Sue's job more difficult. Now onto the mani-pedi. All the girls at the salon are really nice. My manicurist, Linda apparently doesn't work here full time, but that didn't matter to me. What mattered to me was the fact that she spent nearly three hours on my dip, and at the end told me "I would've made them thinner if we had more time." Folks, I was flabbergasted. As you can see in my photos, my nails were not even in shape or length and were extremely thick. After I left, I sat in my car in the parking lot and balled my eyes out. I've never had such a terrible experience getting my nails done. Also, even with four hours at the salon, I didn't have time for my pedicure. The photos I included were taken while I sat in the parking lot. Also, my nails were long and even when I came into the nail salon. I wrote management about my experience and they were able to fit me in the day after Christmas. So not only did I have to spend my birthday with the most embarrassing manicure ever, but I had to go back in to get them fix. I was told it would be covered, but then the manicurist, Dipa, (who was very nice), who came in on her day off when the salon was scheduled to be closed, didn't do dip, and since the original manicure killed my nails (it's been 4 months to the day and JUST now have my nails returned to the strength and length they were when I walked in on my birthday) they had to be clipped very short, forcing me to get tips... so they charged me another $40. Then my manicure/pedicure took 6 hours (I arrived at 1030am and left at 430); I had to cancel a birthday lunch with some friends as I was not even halfway done when I was due to leave. I'm mortified to have written this review, but everything I said was true, and I believe it's important that I post this. I have another gift certificate for this place that I received while I was having my spa day. I don't know if I'm going to come back because it was such a terrible experience.

It shouldn't have been possible to get my hair so perfect, but she did it. As for the day of? Jenn also completely and totally nailed the style that I had in my head. Julie, Lauren and Joyce helped get the rest of my party in shape, no matter how complex the requested styles were, and we were, in my humble opinion, the most amazingly coiffed bridal party that has ever existed. I've worked at tanning salon and done spray tans in the past- what she does is a craft. After my first experience with her i literally will go no where else !!! she is so skilled, takes her time- but efficiently and literally has everything you need!! She made me feel so comfortable. As I am not young nor in shape, she put me at ease and I felt good with the entire process. She's excellent at communication. Once the spray was complete she explained some tips for me to follow in addition to going over the after care which was based on my needs and skin. I cannot say enough how amazing she is. Her business is immaculately clean, she welcomed me at the door and even walked me out after. I feel like I could have a coffee and talk to her for hours. She's very calming, professional, curious and AMAZING at what she does. And her prices ? I would literally pay double for this quality of work. I will update my review with photos. The results are phenomenal!! I booked an appointment with a stylist (who recently did everyone's hair at my wedding) for a balayage with the understanding that it would be a CARAMEL color due to the box color build up in my brown hair. What I did not pay for, however, was copper and bronze highlights that looked nothing like the consultation that took place. In addition to the sub par attempt at a balayage, I was charged for services that were not discussed OR brought to my attention prior to execution. It was only until I questioned why my bill was $266 that I discovered a bond builder and glaze was necessary to achieve the penny-colored highlights I received... I wouldn't have been as upset had the stylist asked me before she performed additional services, but I do have a problem with making a decision and making me pay for services without discussing it with the client. I find it absolutely appalling at the response from the manager via email when I stated I wasn't happy with my hair. To say I was berated would be a gross understatement, but I'd like to warn the next person in case they aren't happy with their services and feel the need to bring it up to the manager. Please see the attached photos of the email from the manager, Sasha, in response to my criticism of a disastrous balayage and questionable charges. I have redacted the stylists name from the email out of respect for her, which is more than I can offer the deplorable, unprofessional manager.
