My wife went back a few days later, as I purchased a 1 month service, and was told by the owner/operator she was not due any more services as she already received what she paid for. This place must not be doing very well to treat customers like this. Do not go there and do not buy their groupon deals.

It was always a premium experience and it's been well maintained through the years. The equipment is still top shelf and ALWAYS super clean.
