I'm thinking about getting a mailbox here because it's secure and in a convenient location. The price is lower than most places too. The only downfall would be the parking during peak hours. I'm stopped in here many times over the years and the staff always take good care of me every time. They treat packages with special care and everything I've sent has arrived in great condition.

I asked was there anything else I needed to do after they took it, the people working replied "no". I then received notifications from AT&T that they had not received the device for weeks after that. I returned to the store on 6/30 to speak to someone in person and they said well if you brought it here then it will make it there because they have to wait a couple of weeks before sending it out. I have her the number of the barcode of the device. She went to the back to check if it was there and said that it wasn't. I asked her if there was any way to track where the device was, she replied no. I asked her how do they notify AT&T to let them know it has been returned to the store, she did not respond. Instead she asked me if I kept my receipt. I have now been charged $150, thanks to these people not doing their job and In the process blamed me for not having a receipt.

I come here more often than I'd like to admit but they always come in clutch for all my printing needs! I want to give a shout out to the staff because everyone that I've interacted with here is exceptional, but I have to give a specific shout out to Brandon! He always helps me out when I need things printed a certain way or even for my last minute prints. This location is a bit smaller than other locations but has everything you would need. From self service printing/copying/faxing to the work stations, you can get what you need here!

Well, there was a 10 day commitment date to have them delivered to me. I literally cannot get through on the phone to Fedex, the main number. They never connect me to a human. So, I stopped by here to get some answers. The line moved very slow. The woman who helped me was not so helpful. She told me she had no information. I ended up going to someone else because I knew that wasn't true. Why do some employees not want to be helpful? I ended up getting a tracking sheet from a nice and helpful gentleman working there. I had a close friend I trust refer me to BFL printing and let me tell you I was not disappointed. First of all I was helped by the owner himself James and he had the most beautiful energy and was beyond kind to me. I was sooooo stressed and a little manic when I was calling in my order but he was so professional and told me he would absolutely make my ask happen.
