After numerous attempts at getting as much as a return phone call with most of the other companies, I contacted James (the owner), and not only did he actually answer the phone (unlike many others), he was very accommodating and said he could fit me in the following day. As requested, I sent James pictures of my system and when he arrived, on time I might add, he was able to immediately troubleshoot the problem and change a small part to get my system up and running. Jeff and his team installed a well pump and control unit. They checked out all of my zones (which hadn't been used in several years) to make sure we only replaced what needed to be replaced. He and his team were very thorough and made the process as economical as they could. Since I was working with him and a landscaper at the same time, Jeff also installed a new zone to reach new plants and recommended a below ground irrigation "tree" setup, vice the ugly above ground one I had to weedeat around. I have had to make a few additional calls to Jeff for maintenance and he is always prompt in his responses and service calls both. His prices are also very reasonable.
