Went to this Staples location to do an Amazon return. The service received was fast and the signage was easy to follow, the entire process took only a matter of a couple of minutes. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. The store was clean, they had a ton of back to school bins and sales going on. If my daughter was still at school age, I would've definitely bought something. It was great prices. Good savings. read more

Not many employees working. There is zero employees available to help and support customers. Manager was in the back doing I don't know what so you just wait! On the self serve copy, printing there is no support or help and when you ask they don't seem to care. There is no help available due to lack of employees. 2 behind the professional printing and one of the cashier. Out of the 3 self serve copiers only 2 were working. Horrible horrible experience. We drove multiple hours to the TSA counter here in order to get precheck. The person working LIED TO OUR FACES about the documents needed in order to get off work early. I am so extremely disappointed with the treatment my dear friends got when visiting this location. They didn't get a name, but whomever the large man was working on 4/1/26 at 9am- shame on you. They went in to get some flyers printed for my small business and were treated terribly. They asks for help with the machine and were met with attitude and rudeness. He refused to help them use the paper cutter and told them that "if they wanted to pay him he could help them out"...? Excuse me?? After years of coming here to print out photos.. of differing sizes, I walk in today to request 2 photo copies..I'm told they don't offer different sizes unless they're large posters, I should go to Walgreens where they can do different sizes, the quality and price are better... wow..apparently Staples no longer wants my business.. I was in Staples Goodyear yesterday to get pics taken for the UK's new ETA visa program requirement. When I explained that I needed the pics emailed to me so that I could upload them into the ETA app, a male employee at the checkout counter said they provide the pics in a flash drive. I told him I have Apple devices and can't use a flash drive. He was very dismissive in his response; basically told me to shove off. Because I'm an older custOmer?? The employees in this store just really don't like helping customers. I went in tonight to print some photos the first thing I ask the associate is do you guys do photo printing? She tells me yes and says they can print an 8x11 and downsize it to as small as a 5x7 and I say okay so how do I get that started and she responds with "what are you trying to do?" And I said "print photos off my phone" she then says she can't do that and to go to Walgreens. Rude rude rude. My wedding was just about two weeks ago and we went in to get a couple if things printed for our big day. We worked with Cynthia who was absolutely AMAZING! She not only was calm, cool, and collected but beyond helpful when we were having trouble with our downloads. I can't thank her enough. Customer Service and Product was outstanding!! After my experience in this store, despite it is about 2 miles from my home, I will never shop there again! I am a Retired.Disabled Veteran age 77yrs, normally in a powered wheelchair as I cannot walk very far' but it was a last minute stop & a friend was driving me so I did not have my chair. This store does not have any courtesy powered chairs so I had to hang onto a shopping cart. I waited 15 minutes at the aisle where I needed assistance, even waiving my hands in the air when the cashier & other employees were looking in my direction; I even yelled until I was hoarse! Never any type of response!! I finally banged the side-bar on the aisle rack with my wooden cane, doing damage to my cane and none to the metal frame. Finally, a man came down from the front of the store, never introducing himself, he stopped in front of me stating: "If you hit that cane one more time I am calling the police to have you arrested & escorted out of the store. I asked if he was the manager, he said yes and turned and walked away. After a few more minutes when no one was going to assist me I went up to the cashier. I would have bought over $400 worth but instead purchased just over $200 and left. read more

I was looking for plastic soup spoons at 4 different stores and none of them didn't carry them or they're out of stock. You know the round spoons for soup. Tired and hungry sitting in my car at the Target parking lot and I decide to make a phone call to Staples before heading there. Long story short after explaining what I was looking for and the difference between a regular spoon and soup spoon, the person on the other line said they did have them on the shelf, I asked if he can hold a pack at the check out counter, so he says he would but I drive over and they didn't have them. Another one of the stores in this center that opened this last weekend. Walk in there are several employees gathered at the front counter have a good old chat. No other in the place but we the wandering shoppers. It seems much like Razmataz, has a bunch of stuff but the one thing we wanted. But hey they can't have everything, right. What a great experience I had at Staples today! My friend and I went there to make copies and organize very specific binders for a teacher at our kids' school. There were lots of different sections and we ended up having to spread out our papers and different sections all over the table in their copy department. Brian, the GM, was so friendly and helpful walking us through all the services we needed without making us feel incompetent! Having him help us probably saved us a good 30 minutes in all we needed to do! After he finished helping us, Makayla in the printing department helped us with creating and printing labels - again, they had to be very specific and color-coded. We could barely explain what it was we needed as we were confusing ourselves! She listened, made sure she understood, and helped us with our needs. She even figured out how to do extra so that our binders were even more organized. We will definitely be back for our next school project! read more

This staples wasn't the best experience. Brian Brown should be ashamed of himself! He was very disrespectful and rude, he would not let me purchase a laptop without a "Protection plan" (Which is how they take your money for low quality maintenance and tech work I can do at home). Brian Brown belittled me the entire time I was in the store and said overly friendly, borderline racist comments to me as I was leaving. Never got that laptop, never going back again. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. There used to be an OfficeMax near me and it is since gone. Because of this, I am forced to go to the nearest place (which is this Staples). I am often needing printing orders done for work and school, but am always disappointed. Of the last 5 times I have had something done, it has been done correctly once. Each time there have been mistakes based purely upon laziness and not reading the order receipt. They always seem to want to get it done quickly and cut corners. On top of all of this, the customer service is terrible. I was told that it was my fault that the order was wrong. At least if you can't do your job right, be able to own up to it and fix it. Not real happy, ordered a stamp and the lady said it would be done by 8:30 on pm. I called at 6:45 and spoke with Miles and he said that it would be ready by 7:15. We go in at 8:00 and Miles was very rude, told me that the stamps are a24 hour turn around. I explained to him the woman that me informed me it would be ready later tonight He even said it would be ready at 715. I asked for a refund and he said that wasn't possible. Come back tomorrow. Then he threw the stamp (that's was done after all, he just didn't look good it until we asked for the manager) at the cashier and told her when she dropped it, 'why didn't you catch it'. She was in shock so was I. We both said at the same time 'please don't throw it' he did tho So I had the cashier call the manager, Connor came out and really made a difference, he did what he could to help us and that is why I will probably comes back I just hope I never ever have to deal with Miles again. read more

I tend to give positive reviews, and to be understanding. My recent (and only) experience at this Staples store is straining that tendency for me today. I wanted a simple computer desk and chair for my home office. It's temporary, as I have an awesome set already but we've moved and it won't be available for a couple months. I went in to Staples, feeling confident I could find something that would work. An associate approached me and asked if I needed help. I said yes, I'd like this desk (it was ideal for what I wanted). He checked the price for me, because the price tag on the desk turned out to actually be for a chair that was placed there. The price was even lower than what was on the tag - looking good so far! He then checked availability - sorry, we don't have this. You could order it... I wanted something today, or at least this weekend, so ordering it wasn't an option I was interested in. So I selected an alternative. NOPE, we don't have that one either. OK, how about this third choice? NOPE, don't have that either. He was courteous and apologetic. I said okay, I guess this isn't working out, but I do like that chair on display for sale at $99. The sign next to the chair gave the price, manufacturer, and the color (camel). I said I'd like one of those, and he said "oh, just take any of the boxes right there behind it." So I loaded one up in a cart, went to the cashier line and as I waited my turn, I looked more closely at the box and saw the color was black. I went back to the display, and all of the boxes contained black chairs. Not a camel colored chair to be found. So I unloaded the box, put it back where I'd found it, returned the cart to the front of the store and left empty-handed. While the employee was courteous, he turned out to not be all that helpful and while the store had several items on display that I would have liked to purchase, none of it was actually in the store for me to buy. I agree with all the other reviews. The copy center is unorganized. I submitted an order and paid for it online. When I got there they could not find it. So they made me another order. Then I get a call 2 weeks later to come pick up the order. I told them I already picked up. There use to be a Staples on Avondale Blvd, they have not messed up my order like this. Too bad they close it. Hope they improve, this is the closest Staples for now. read more
