    Went to this Staples location to do an Amazon return. The service received was fast and the signage was easy to follow, the entire process took only a matter of a couple of minutes. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. The store was clean, they had a ton of back to school bins and sales going on. If my daughter was still at school age, I would've definitely bought something. It was great prices. Good savings.

    My wedding was just about two weeks ago and we went in to get a couple if things printed for our big day. We worked with Cynthia who was absolutely AMAZING! She not only was calm, cool, and collected but beyond helpful when we were having trouble with our downloads. I can't thank her enough. Customer Service and Product was outstanding!! Highly recommend this location and this employee.

    My oh my how quick the time goes! Back to school shopping already! Everything here was neat, in stock, and easy to find. We really didn't need assistance. The associates were welcoming and friendly. 10 thumbs up to staples as they really make things easy for bts shopping.

    Took my phone there to get the screen replaced because the flex seal was broken. They told me they…read morewould order the parts same day and the phone would be fixed in two days. Three days later we called and the guy on the phone was very rude and dismissive and said he hadn't even ordered the parts and he didn't know when the phone would be fixed and he would call us when it was done. The next day we went into the store and he handed us the phone supposedly fixed but said he had cracked the back screen while he was fixing it and he would order and replacement free of charge. Cook, but why was he messing with the back of the phone when it was the front of the phone that needed to be fixed? Then minutes later the phone is just about dead. The battery it's draining fast. So we charge it. It gets to 100%. And then an hour later it dies. Something is wrong with it if it can't hold a charge. It wasn't like that when we gave it to them before they replaced the screen. Next thing you know, the phone screen is all glitched out. We can't move it, close it, it won't respond to anything. You can turn it off, but once you open the phone, that glitched out screen is there. While that's happening, the phone smells terrible, like burning glue or nail polish remover. At that point, I'm completely done. We are going back tomorrow and demanding they fix what they damaged or that they refund us completely. Because this is absolutely ridiculous. They also did not give us a receipt when we initially paid, or tell us that the phone screen we got was not under warranty and instead of us paying through the store computer. The guy pulled out a phone and had us tap to pay through there. And then next transaction pulled out a different phone and had us tap to pay through there. They are scratchy and deceptive and I warn all who see this, STAY AWAY. Find someplace else to get your phones and electronics fixed. If I could rate no stars or even negative stars I would. I paid over 400$ for them to give me back a phone that was in even worse condition than when I gave it to them.

    The guy who works the front counter with the backwards hat is super unprofessional. He is to…read morecomfortable making inappropriate comments to myself as well as other customers. Also the guys who sit in the back and repair the phones are louder than they think. We can hear your inappropriate conversations in the lobby you know? A bunch of idiotic clowns working at this location. I will never bring another device to this store again I will happily take it to a competitor. I would even pay a little more for the same service thats how bad it was. These guys are extremely unprofessional and will make you feel uncomfortable while you are in the building with them. Go somewhere else!!!

    I came in to UBreakItFix just to get my iPhone battery replaced -- a simple, routine service. But…read moreduring the process, they asked me for my Apple ID and password, claiming it was necessary to "calibrate the battery." That immediately raised red flags for me. Let me be clear: Apple does not require your Apple ID or iCloud login to replace or calibrate a battery. I've since confirmed this with Apple Support and other certified repair techs. Asking for that kind of sensitive information during a basic hardware replacement is completely unnecessary and suspicious. I declined to give them my credentials and took my phone elsewhere. I strongly recommend that others do the same -- never hand over your password unless you're 100% sure it's required (spoiler: in this case, it's not). If you're considering this location, be very cautious and ask questions before agreeing to anything.
