The box I received was a single box the clock was wrapped in a double layer of extremely thin bubble wrap and the clock was in the box lying diagonally with nothing to support it(eg. no packing peanuts to cushion it). Thus it was damaged in shipping. read more

I rarely go to this mail Shoppe. But when I have fedex or ups I will go there. Especially when I have to send it overnight. I had an issue with my ups order. I paid extra fee to have it deliver by next day (drop off on Thursday, deliver to place in Florida on Friday. That was not completed. I called mail place to have them investigate this problem. It turns out it did not sent there for 2 weeks. At least nail shop will take ownership and refund over pmt of next day air service. I want to thank them for putting their lives on the line and being there for all of us. Kudos a to all of them and their staff for being there. I would give 6 stars if I could. I was searching online for a Notary for an out of state birth certificate request. I sent this business a message asking about availability and got an IMMEDIATE response; I was able to email over documents, have them notarized and faxed over to the appropriate parties in less than ten minutes. Stopped by to mail a gift, I didn't want to go to the post office. The lady used a flat rate envelope, I mail pretty often so I was quite shocked when she said it was 17.50 and blamed the weight. Uh hello it's a flat rate envelope! Then She said well we do charge an up charge because we are not the post office. I googled flat rate envelope price and it's 9.06 that's a HUGE up charge just to use their store. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE I called today to see if they would be cheaper then the US Postal service but was told they don't give pricing over the phone. I owned a shipping store for over 10 years and know that private mail store can beat the post office in this weight range. So I called to try and give business to a local small business owner, but with the rude lady that's answered the phone, there is not a chance in heck that I will be going to this store When I owned my store I all ways would talk to the potential customers first. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I believe the owners constantly lose packages. The mother seems really nice but the other lady, the short fat ugly chunky one, is a complete bitch. She fumbled her way around the tracking system, and when I tried to tell her she had the wrong date she got an attitude with me, and then lashed out at me. I visited the mailshoppe frequently. I prefer there services over the other mail services because they are extremely kind and accommodating EVERYTIME I visit. They staff are super fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. I recently had a book rental return, and Chay was magnificent. She guided me through the entire process and from start to finish her pleasant disposition made an experience I dreaded into a positive, easy, and relief. Again, all the staff, including Sherry greeted me when I entered the store and while doing my business, I couldn't help but notice Sherry extending the same level of service to other customers. Hi, UPS has not been the best in my experience, today got out earlier from work just to pick up a package and the address on the slip left by the UPS driver had the wrong address ( brilliant people )so I went there and found out the package was delivered on that location per the system, but there was no package,however the UPS app said it would be at the 10720 W Indian School Rd, so i called that store and whoever picked up the phone either sounded a little rude or just wanted to take off for the day, asked me my last name and real quick and immediately said the package was not there, i truly believe they did not even checked I have an email and also the app confirming the package was at that location, I will go tomorrow and update my review, hopefully the customer service is better in person. read more

Very fast service. I was impressed and will be coming back here for sure. I was unfortunately one of those annoying customers that walks in on the phone and is looking for service lol. So normally they hate customers like me instantly. But the lady who helped me asked one thing? .. "shipping fast?" And I responded "no actually I need tracking." .. she said ok grabbed the package, weighed it. Scanned it, totaled it and said $6.01 yay or nay all while I'm in conversation mode with my mom. I have her a simple yes she took my card rang me up then pointed her finger at my tracking number stapled to the receipt and she said here's your tracking call us if you have questions. Boom! I was out the door in under 5 minutes!!! I loved that! And I loved that instead of giving me tude she knew exactly how to handle a customer like me. So this is my new mailing service place. Yup.
