It gives you an option to do your banking without having to go to a regular bank branch. I come here all time for my withdrawals or deposits. It is not 24 Hrs as it does close around 11 PM, but it open at 6 AM and you don't have to be outside to get your money. Last, you can only access entry if you have a bank card as it has security doors that give a bit increased security as someone can just walk up to you and rob you.

I met Gabriel who is in Business Development there and was delighted to learn of there being a Credit Union for the rest of us, not just those with those who work for the County. What a delight. They have the one physical location right in the smack dab middle of the Civic Center area of Santa Ana. And what a surprise! They have a free parking lot there. So, you don't have to pay just to go in and bank with them. The building is small and friendly. They have comfortable seating with comfy chairs in the front waiting area in front of the Tellers area. To be eligible to join SAFCU, you just need to live, work, worship, or go to school in Santa Ana. Or have a connection with one of their SEG's. SEG's are Select Employee Groups. That's what I'm exploring for us to see if my association can qualify. I cannot express how happy I am that I made the change and how thankful I am to work with bankers who actually take pride in what they do and prioritize servicing their clients. I bank at the branch in Orange and deal with Dania M primarily and Karina K occasionally. Both ladies are an absolute pleasure to work with. Each is customer care oriented and customer retention minded. They go above and beyond to make sure my team is taken care of. I cannot recommend First Pacific Bank and this branch (especially because of Dania and Karina) enough. Stop wasting your time and energy with the big banks and give First Pacific Bank a call!!
