Be ware!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars. The "notary" Carolyn was rude and said we need paperwork even though I was told all I need is my id. Then she says that chase doesn't do multiple notary services and that they are excellent and have great service since it's free. Also, this was only a small unprofessional behavior, I made an appointment and she was 15 minutes late. The late wasn't a big deal for me, but telling us that chase is providing a free service and we should be grateful and not even providing the service then, is inappropriate. We called different places and found out, that notary services aren't even expensive. Some only charge $10-$15. I will be closing my accounts with Chase because of their disgusting behavior. Somebody stole my debit card info online so I had to cut up my old ATM card and wait 5-7 business days (?!?) for a new one to be mailed to me. Customer service phone rep told me I could go to any Chase branch office and they can issue me a temporary card to use until the permanent one arrives in the mail. So for some reason that ONLY GOD KNOWS WHY, I stopped by this particular branch. Despite arriving around 930-10am on a Friday morning with a considerable number of customers waiting in line, it looked as if the entire branch was on lunch break. All of the personal bankers were chitchatting with each other instead of helping any customers while the service windows would alternate having only 2 or 3 tellers at a time despite the line. I finally got to one of the windows where I spoke with a short-haired woman whose name I forget but her nametag I remember said she was an Assistant Branch Manager. While trying to explain my situation, she rudely interrupted me by saying "YOU NEED TO CALL THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE CARD. ONLY THEY CAN HELP YOU." Seriously?!?!?! I told her that when I previously dealt with this problem, the branch issued me a temp debit card, which she AGAIN rudely interrupted to say "that can only be used on ATMs to withdraw cash, it CANNOT be used anywhere else." Uhhhh, WHAAT??? That wasn't the case the last time!! She very dismissive and didn't care at all that it was the Holiday season and here I was without access to my bank account. THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW...I'm done with Chase!! Between the outrageous overdraft fees and poor customer service, they're no legitimate reason to keeping banking with them. Don't particularly enjoy having to go to the branch, prefer doing things online but sometimes I've needed to go in to open an additional account, or obtain documents not available through CHASE website. Service is ok, nothing spectacular. The branch itself has a very antiquated feel and it just gives me the feeling like I'm back in the 90s again, dealing with tellers right out of HS or account managers that have been there too long and have lost their pep. Great location that just feels huge! Maybe it's because I've only been here on weekends, but it just feels like this location is almost too big. Another problem with coming on the weekends is that it's not staffed as fully as (I assume) weekdays. Lines for tellers move a little slow, but at least the tellers are always friendly and ready to help you with anything you need. I've seen plenty of bad reviews for this location, but honestly, I've never had anything but a great experience here. So...maybe just visit on the weekends if possible. read more

I'm here trying to cash a check for the estate of a deceased client for $981 for the benefit of the estate and I have been here for an hour and 10 minutes while they try to figureout what they need. By the way I have the original will appointing me executor and they're looking at some online policy manual that's asking for things that don't even exist in this case because it was too small to ever be probated these imbeciles don't understand and a bunch of non-lawyers are telling this lawyer what the law is. The place is populated by automatons who follow policy manuals that aren't accurate nor legally correct. I wanted to open a basic checking account and was immediately brought to one of the desks. Thought if would take no time at all. Then the woman wanted to go through my life history for the past 5 years. I come to this Chase all the time since it's literally walking distance from where I live. Every time I come in here I've been greeted nicely, served quickly and all the staff here have been extremely helpful with advice. The personal bankers here (I've dealt with 3-4 of them) have all been very helpful and were able to help me use their promotions to get extra free cash in my account. I hate using that word, but seriously.. you drive around the ENTIRE building, only to realize where your drive-through ATM is, is right next to the walk-up ones. You might as well just get out of your car and use the walk-up ones while you're waiting in line for the drive-through one. This location is huge for a Chase Bank, and has a nice corner location. It's two stories, but the upstairs is mainly meeting rooms, restrooms, and I think some lending staff work up there. There always seems to be way too many people working here just sitting at desks (contrast that with most banks where you can't find help), and I opened up two accounts and everyone was very friendly. I have to agree with the reviewer about the drive through ATM. Driving past almost all four sides of the building to get to one ATM, when there are tons of ATMs against the walls of the building? If you are doing a straight deposit (no cash or no cash back) sometimes the greeter/teller can help you so you don't have to wait in line. The staffers here are very friendly and helpful. If the line looks like its getting long, someone will help with the line, especially if its a straight deposit (no cash). Usually, I talk to the tellers and they are more than glad to listen to how your day is or how their day is going so far. Not only that but they have lollipops!!! When I need to get some cash or cash a check more than 1000 (mobile app can't cash checks more than that), then I need to go inside the branch but at least its a great, easy going experience. read more
