The clothing selection is quite small in comparison to its sister locations (this one's clearance section is a quarter of the size of the Newport News, VA store). The most appealing clothes are the ones hanging on the walls, but they cost an arm and a leg. I won't spend $65 on a jacket that'll only be trendy for a couple of years. Not to mention that you have to wait FOREVER in line because the cash register service is so slow. Oh well.

The Men's Warehouse email sent confirmation that all clothing was at store and available for pick up. Arrived at store to find that half of "confirmed" order was at store. To add insult to injury , "Store Manager and staff were apathetic about ruining my wedding due to their failures." Please do yourself a favor and NEVER consider doing business with Men's Warehouse, especially the location on Reed Avenue in Kokomo Indiana.

Came to this store while passing thru Kokomo. It's a decent size with many options for buying…read moreclothes. Staff was ok in the friendly department. Not overly friendly but not rude either. They mostly stayed at the checkout counter and we had to search them down to try on clothes or ask questions. The racks were over packed with clothing items and the clearance racks were a mess. Lots of clothes off their hangers and on the floor or not tagged or even in the right spot. The Jewelry area was worse and there were shelves that were confusing as to what was supposed to be on it. Merchandise was missing or scattered all over it. It wasn't busy so we were checked out quickly. It's not a store I normally visit but if I shopped here I'd stop by a couple times of year. They always have deals and this time it was buy one get one half off. Not bad for some things.

More than makes up for the higher prices - not exorbitant prices mind you, think along the lines of name brand jeans for $16-$20 - with the selection alone. I love Goodwill, I go all the time, but that's because I have the time to go multiple times a week to sort through each and every single row of clothes for the 2-3 gems. Joys of unemployment! Almost every time I go here, I find something I love, only once I didn't (and even at that - found something for my sister). The clerk who's usually there (name has slipped my mind sadly) has also worked in resale of clothing for a while and is very knowledgeable about fashion trends! They won't BS you, either, I said every time I come in I'm looking for turtlenecks on the more masculine size and they straight up told me it's very unlikely I'll find a lot of those because guys don't really wear turtlenecks. I still look because I can pull off women's turtlenecks, but I loved the honesty. Tells me I can ask if something might look ugly on me and I will get an honest answer, which means I can shop alone! Highly recommend :)
