I tried a couple pair which (again) didn't work, so I came back to return them. Kelsey was there again and recommend the "athletic" cut jeans, which were in the back. She went looking for his size, even went back a second time for an alternate size. She never complained, never rolled her eyes and seemed genuinely concerned that I get helped. It's hard to find good service these days, but I appreciated her help and patience. She exceeded my expectations and the jeans we eventually found fit as well as can be reasonably expected. The only alternative would be spending $150 on a pair of specialty jeans. He's got a belt.

No big deal, so I killed an hour. I come again and the employees don't even walk into the store till 7:58. Strange, as I walked up thinking maybe their just late the one who unlocked the door yelled at me saying "Not open yet". I went back to my vehicle and they let another couple walk over and stand in the cold, (when it 15 degrees out) for 10 minutes. while a employee stood on her phone at the door inside without a care. It wasn't until the couple asked, that she informed them the store wouldn't be open till 9:30. Then the couple let us know also. I'm not impressed one bit.
