Wow. I have had terrible experiences at other journey's so I quit shopping there. I just needed some socks so I ran in not expecting much a half hour before close and the two women working went above and beyond. I even almost bought shoes I can't afford for the time being just because they were so helpful. Don't plan on going to any other journey's ever, but this one is great. read more

The in store sales person was nice and helpful however if you have to return an item you could wait a month for your money and if you call their customer service number be prepared to deal with some of creations rudest humans. Will NEVER go back to this store. The shoes seemed to be 2 completely different sizes and while I have no shoes and no refund my money continues to draw interest with the 1000's of others in the same situation. read more

Having been to various Kohl's in different cities around the US, I can honestly say I was…read moredisappointed by this store. The clothing selection is quite small in comparison to its sister locations (this one's clearance section is a quarter of the size of the Newport News, VA store). The most appealing clothes are the ones hanging on the walls, but they cost an arm and a leg. I won't spend $65 on a jacket that'll only be trendy for a couple of years. Not to mention that you have to wait FOREVER in line because the cash register service is so slow. Oh well.

To add insult to injury , "Store Manager and staff were apathetic about ruining my wedding due to their failures." Please do yourself a favor and NEVER consider doing business with Men's Warehouse, especially the location on Reed Avenue in Kokomo Indiana.

Things are always being added to the store and updated so every time you go you will find something different! Overall the prices were pretty good but it definitely varies booth to booth.
