I came in for a mani pedi and felt the prices were fair. It's about 38 for a regular mani and pedi and a few dollars more depending if you want shellac on the hands or feet. I suggest not going when they're busy otherwise they'll rush through everything and not do anything properly. I felt like I had to watch everything they did rather than enjoy my experience since they were short staffed and wanted a quick turnaround. Our mani pedi was done in under an hour. Was traveling for work and wandered in needing a gel mani/pedi. Friendly team, no wait, great result!

Not happy at all with the sloppy job they did on my nails at all. I went in for a replacement of my gel nails because my natural nail had grown out and were peeling under the gels. The lady who removed them did it sloppy and my nails kept burning because of the hard sanding she was doing. The actual fake nails she glued on as a base for the gel nails are crooked and different lengths on each hand. She didnt bother to check them for the same lengths for both hands. The actual polish application was even worse. No base coat, two layers of sloppy polish applied, spots missed, polish all over my cuticles, so thick in some places its beyond lumpy. Top coat applied in the same way, so thick and lumpy. Then the technician barked at me to bake each hand for two times each and rushed out the door leaving me looking after her with my mouth open. After telling the ither girls that my hands looked like crap, one of them grabbed a file, filed the sides of each nail and asked me if that was better? Now my nails are dull on the sides and look like crap Will never return to this place again. Paid almost $70 for them to mess up my nails and not give a damn. Now i have to go pay another place to fix the damage. read more

I went to this nail salon before Christmas to treat myself to a Mani pedi. The equipment they used all had nail Polish on them. I guess that should have been my first clue. They assured me they clean them The guy took out the scraper for my foot, which wasn't like other salons where they use a razor, it looked like a grater you use for garlic, tiny little holes. It hurt a lot and half way through doing my feet, the guy left, and another girl came to finish but didn't put gloves on... Really weird situation. Anyways I left there feeling really weird about their tools having nailpolish all over them, considering I didn't even see them pull the tools out. 3 weeks later... Guess what? I have a wart. I have not done or been anywhere else where I could have gotten a wart. No public pools or anywhere like that, hadn't had a pedicure in months. So this salon literally infected my foot. I've never had a wart in my life. Please never go here. They are awful. read more

I've been to BN Nails at least 10 times. I really liked their service and the staff until a few days ago. I called ahead to check what time they closed because I needed to get a mani/pedi. I called around 6pm and they told me that they were closing at 8pm. So I made my way over there - let me just say that I go out of my way to give BN Nails my business, meaning, there's a nail salon right across the street from me but I prefer BN and I pass a dozen nail salons from my home to their salon on Hunt Club. When I got there, I sat in the chair and one of the guys started my pedi. A minute later a girl came and started on my mani while I was sitting in the pedi chair. Usually I don't mind it, as long as they do a good job. Both, mani/pedi seemed rushed even though it was around 6.55pm. The girl finished my mani in 5 minutes! Sloppy nail polish, cuticle, cutting and shaping job! The guy finished my pedi in less than 10 mins. I sat there for another 10 mins just to dry the polish while they were mopping the salon. They rushed me out of there which was super rude! They closed the salon at exactly 7.20pm. (So I still had 40mins ...) Sloppy, sloppy job and service and I'm super disappointed. If you're closing early, you should have told me that over the phone. Too bad but never again! read more

The girls are horrible at doing nails here. Both times I went the girls didn't give me what I wanted. Very unimpressed with their services. Had to pay for the bad nail job the girl did last time then went to another salon right after and pay again to fix my nails. Don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I went there with a friend and they sat us at two tables but super far apart. That's not that big of a deal. I asked for acrylic nails with shellac on top. She did the acrylic nails beautifully, but when it came to the shellac it didn't go to well. I mean my nails looked nice but it was an ugly colour, i was having some difficulty picking a colour i wanted and she grabbed one I said i might like, i then asked if i could see another one and she raised her voice and said why, i just said please and she stormed of and got me the colour i was looking at and just dropped it in front of me. I didn't want to upset her so i said ok just do the colour you picked. 50 dollars later i have nails a colour i don't want because of her pressure. My friend said she really is enjoying her nails. So It was and Okay experience. read more

Meh, prices are decent but service is not that great. Got a manicure done today and the polish is sloppy and there are air bubbles on every nail. No attempts are made to converse, and all the ladies speak to one another in a foreign language. Probably will not be returning. read more
