It was not the lady I requested online but she was kind. You have to sign in on an ipad upon arrival. She spent about 10 minutes and and made sure both brows were straight as they could be. Then she wiped my brows with aloe. I paid and went on my merry way. Only why I deducted a star is because they do not put powder on your brows before you begin in order to remove excess oil on the skin. Since my eyebrow lady is 2 hours away, this salon will have to be my new go to from now on.

I requested soft natural looking lashes and I left with heavy, thick, super long lashes that were much too heavy and thick for my natural lashes so they turned in on themselves. I looked like a clown. I had to trim the lashes so that I could wear my glasses. The glue she used was also very strong and irritating. My eyes hurt for weeks. Although the technician showed me a photo of lovely wispy lashes this is not what she delivered. My natural lashes are now short and broken. Avoid this place.

That was their first mistake. After I had received a gel manicure removal for $22.50, I went to pay, but I was informed that they had a problem with internet payment (?!) and I could not pay by credit card or debit. I waited for several minutes hoping I would not receive a parking ticket, but they could not resolve the problem. An honest person, I said I would pay them the next day and because it would cost me gas and my precious time to go there to pay what they could not process. Vanish badgered me for payment three times that day after I had tried to pay them using their cell number, but later they informed me to use their email address. Then by text Vanish provided me with the email address so I sent payment for $22.50. Any other business in Ottawa I have dealt with would accept that payment via internet was their problem and would not charge me anything if they could not receive payment. Why did Vanish Nail Spa badger me?! I do not recommend Vanism for this reason and advise you that there are other options.

Even when Top Nails opened up their second location, I followed Tracy because she very good at mani and pedi's. I always got dip powder and a regular pedi and she never disappointed me. Always kind and professional, the employees always refer to you as "my dear". I never had any issues with Tracy or others, I wish that I could've packed them up and brought them to the States lol.
