Our move went so smooth. They came n a little later than scheduled but they called and let me know they were running 30 minutes behind. So A+ for communication! Horrible experience Promised 3 -4 men and a one day delivery. 2 guys showed up late .They underestimated the job and couldn't fit everything so it took many hours to load snd the guys refused to make the delivery the same day and left with all of our items. Noone would return calls Tony the guy in charge had a full voicemail so you couldn't even leave him a message No attempt to solve the issues. We finally got our delivery 2 days later after living in a home with nothing ,with additional charges to the bill . Then proceeded to argue with me in my home over the charges. I used BNT recently to help unload a Uhaul that I had moved from the Harrisburg area. The job was scheduled for 3 pm and they called the day before to confirm. The day of the move at 12:50 pm, BNT calls and says they will be there in 10 minutes. I mention that the job was for 3 pm and the person on the phone gets immediately defensive and says he doesn't need to do our job and we can reschedule. What an asshole! To speak to someone that way as a business is infuriating. He then blamed the booker for booking a 3 pm job. Newsflash, that isn't my fault. Luckily I was just pulling into our driveway as he called, but the majority of the move in was contentious because of his rude attitude. We are building a home and will be moving again in the next year when the house is done. He had the nerve to tell us to keep them in mind for that move. Are you out of your mind? Not a chance in hell I ever hire your company again. As for the actual move, they didn't damage anything and had the truck empty in under 2 hours. unable to recommend this company the owner was nice and that's where it stopped. 4 men a truck and a van 10 hours was the quote 2 men for the house two for the garage and shed. My husband is a disabled vet I am 72 he didn't want me to have to do the move, so we accepted the quote of over 1700 dollars to move us 300 yards down the road two bedrooms an office and downstairs floor which was fully packed and ready to go 4 birds a garage which was full, and a shed. They arrived late complained about the new house demanded plywood for the truck which they never used. everything was packed and boxed except a few tools, The supervisor said the owner didn't know what he was talking about and all would start with the house but he said they would need a good sized tip if they were to continue or they would come back another day, my husband was beside himself so agreed 10 hours later less than half of the house was moved in on one truck they never used the van took them almost seven hours to load it. I had to move the bird stands the bird cages and birds stuff myself because of the hour fortunately we were only two sections away from the new house they came back -to the old house and sat around for 45 minutes telling us 10 hours where up what? less than 3/4 of the move in 10 hours they then loaded two big fish tanks because i complained and said if we tipped them well they would be back in three days to move the rest. Of course, they took the tip and never showed leaving me to empty the house myself and move the garage and shed by myself a four-man team SHOULD BE ABLE TO EMPTY A PACKED HOUSED IN LESS THAN FOUR HOURS. We called the office to complain the owner never returned our calls we received no acknowledgment of our complaint not an explanation or an apology which leads us to believe the owner of this business accepts and condones this behavior do not waste your time or money with this company they cannot be trusted the worst move ever could almost call it the move from hell... they were supposed to start at 9am they started after 12pm and it was midnight before our birds could finally be put to bed if it was a move to another city I could understand but the houses are less than a four minute walk apart we are still disgusted 6 weeks later read more

These guys are awesome. I had to get a few quotes for a recent move; I started with the big companies that I've always used. I figured I'd get a local quote to compare and I was shocked at not only the professionalism of the staff, but also the price. I never once felt like I was just another customer. They left me feeling as if they legitimately cared about my stuff. I couldn't believe it was almost half the price of what Mayflower quoted me. All around good dudes. They have been easy to communicate with, flexible and accommodating. I recommend them, hands down, for a move. I think we can all agree that moving is very stressful. But I must say that BNT Customer Service and the Owner were very helpful and very accommodating, especially since we were under specific time restraints to moved out. There were a few glitches with closing dates on the house, but they worked with me every step of the way. Until moving day. It was confirmed the day before with customer service that our movers would be at the house between 8:30 and 8:45 am. Well, by 9:30 I began to panic! 10:30! 11:00! NO MOVERS! I called the office and cell number that was left with the contract package and was only able to leave a VM....numerous times! I called our Agent in shear panic mode, who luckily knew of and had worked with another moving company. He made some phone calls and bottom line, that Owner called me within minutes and was able to pull to together a crew and get a truck within the hour. That crew showed exactly at 1:00pm as said they would and started moving with only a basic knowledge of how big the house was they were moving! Coincidentally, it was about the same time BNT finally called to let me know they would be on their way. You could imaging that conversation! Their excuse was they had "call offs" that day and were short handed, and, "Didn't anyone call you?" "Someone should have called you." If someone would have called me I would have understood the situation and waited for them. No one called or returned any of my VM. It's been a week now and still no call, even to offer an apologize. You could imagine my disappointment, frustration and anxiety! I hope if anything, this will be a wake up call to stress the importance of COMMUNICATION, even up to the last minute. read more

BNT just moved us from the Poconos to Ft. Myers, FL. They were excellent. Their quote was reasonable and didn't change it, demanding more money before unloading in FL as I have heard other companies can do. There was very little breakage and that was caused by my packing. They were courteous, friendly and efficient. My husband was there for the pack-out and he was behind in having his shop ready for the move. They him with the remaining items. Not dependable at all..never showed up or called to cancel. Got a quote Tuesday for a move on Sunday morning...they even called to confirm on Friday!!!! Called another mover and told them what happened..he said let me guess was it BNT? Said they do it all the time!! So not sure if all of these good reviews are family and friends of theirs??!! At this point I am realizing that I should have listened to the reviews. My move was in early August and they damaged one of my appliances. I have moved many times in my life and have never been as impressed as I have been with BNT MOVERS. They moved my parents things from PA to Florida-as well as moving furniture from PA to Las Vegas. Everything arrived in perfect condition, no losses and the price was fair without add on charges. I highly recommend this company. read more

I would advise anybody looking for a moving company, NOT use this company. I had them move me 5 miles, Im a single mom and the day they moved me I didnt have a Chance to really go thru all my boxes etc... I had to work 12 hr shifts the next two days, so when I finally had chance to go thru everything I realized that I was missing a few things, my tote that had my DVD player, a bunch of electrical cords that were quit expensive, books of my daughters, a small side table, a tote that had a bunch of dishware and drinking glasses. I have renters insurance so filed a claim and they wont process my claim until I get a denial letter from BNT moving co, they refuse to write me a letter, they claim nothing was missing, so wont help me out at all. read more

They left me high and dry. I booked them to move me letting them know my closing was the following day and I had to be out of the house. They never showed up, after i called them 3 times to find out what was happening they told me at 4pm they will not be coming to move me. Luckily I found a Uhaul company that told me they will wait for me to come get a truck. It was after 4pm I was lucky to find them. I have a bad back and asthma, I had to get a friend on short notice obviously to help me move my house full of furniture. 1800 sq ft 3 bed 2.5 bath house. It took from 5pm Thursday till 5:30am the next day to move. I wound up in the emergency room two days later because of this. I will be making complaints to the BBB along with a few other people. Because of the ordeal they put me through my buyers could have very well decided to not buy my house if i was not out of the house for them to do the final walk through before the closing.
