I contacted the pool installer to see if they could come give me tutorial on the equipment they installed but couldn't even get a call back. I contacted at-least 5 other pool companies for a tutorial/inspection and quote for weekly service. One told me to take pictures and come to their store (not helpful), 1 setup appointment but were no show. The other 3 wouldn't return calls or emails. First coast contacted me back within hours of my request and came out 2 days later. The owner was super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Ended up setting up a weekly service to get pool under control. I may end up taking it over myself once I understand it more but they are so friendly I may just keep the weekly service. They have been here twice now, pool is clean, equipment is working and provide a email service report each week with photo of pool, chemical readings and summary of the chemicals added and services rendered. Highly recommend this growing company if you need pool service!!

Bad leaks around my steps made it impossible to keep the pool full and over time the older liner was trashed. New liner installed, refreshed resealed the stepz, painted the deck. Most importantly, we had a ground water problem that required us to install a proper dewatering system near the main drain of the pool to help make sure there was no ground water in the bottom of the pool. It's a big deal to me when getting involved in a big project to know that the person handling it has what's best for YOU in mind, and not what's best for their wallet. Dan truly made us feel like he cared about doing what was right for us. Now we can enjoy our pool and create memories as a family. Thank you, Dan!!

They did not provide the complete service they said they would give. I believe they stold my cushion to go under the pool. No way to prove it after the pool was filled. Do not use this company. We hired them a few years ago to redo our entire pool deck. After about…read moreseveral months of absolutely no progress (I mean nobody showing up or calling for that entire period) they finally admitted they didn't have the equipment to complete the work. Then earlier this year, our warranty company assigned them as the contractor to replace our pool heater when it broke down. They sold us a unit at a discount because it was an older model but they promised it had never been taken out of the box. This new heater has not worked correctly since installation. It shuts off with error messages every time I run it. I contacted the manufacturer as it is still under warranty with them, but unfortunately they sent out Florida Leisure to "fix" it. First their technicians told me that the unit was too big for my system, in which case then why did they install that unit? But then they said it was a water flow issue and said there was nothing they could do to help. So that's it. I'm going to have to pay out-of-pocket for somebody to come and test the sensors, etc. Or I may have to replace the entire unit.
