I was introduced to Bo through an attorney friend of mine when I had a minor/moderate whiplash/fender bender last year. Initially I tried to deal with the at-fault party's insurance company; but I felt I was being rushed to a quick settlement and decided to seek professional help. Bo was pretty straight forward and ralistic during our initial meeting. No ambulance chasing sales pitch, no empty promises. He told me that a PI case, especially like mine, is like rolling a dice, and that he would make the best case he can for me and we wait for an outcome in our favour. My kind of lawyer. Despite the fact that my accident was far from being a big "pay day" case for him, he never rushed me and paid full attention to my stories. He is very responsive especially via emails. I got in to another accident last year (yup, I had a great year) in which a guy from out of State driving a rental car (with liability insurance sold by Hertz) tried to cut me on a green light (albeit unknowingly). A long story short, Hertz is trying to weasel out of its liability with an excuse that they cant get a hold of the driver (Uh, what incentive does an out-of-state driver on a rental car have to go out of his way to answer to Hertz, especially if he had purchased an insurance when renting a car?). I wanted to just forget about the whole thing; but Bo has advised me to be patient.
