I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with this law firm. Before moving forward with my case, I made it very clear that I did not have the financial means to cover medical bills out of pocket. I repeatedly asked whether my case was strong enough to pursue, and I was consistently reassured that it was. Based on that reassurance, I agreed to move forward. However, the outcome did not reflect the confidence that was initially communicated, and I was ultimately left in a difficult financial position. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of direct communication. Despite requesting to speak with the attorney handling my case, I never had the opportunity to do so. Instead, I was assigned a case manager who, in my experience, did not seem fully informed about the details or progress of my case. Overall, I feel that my expectations were not properly managed, and I wish there had been more transparency about the risks involved. I would encourage others to make sure they have direct access to their attorney and a clear understanding of potential outcomes before proceeding. I need to correct several points in your response because that was not my experience. At no point did I have a direct conversation with you where any of this was clearly explained. In fact, despite multiple requests to speak with the attorney handling my case, I was never given that opportunity. All communication was handled through a case manager, who, from my understanding, had very limited experience at the time and was not able to adequately answer my questions or explain the situation in detail. Before moving forward, I repeatedly asked whether this was a case worth pursuing, specifically because I could not afford to take on medical expenses without a reasonable expectation of recovery. I relied on the reassurance provided by your office. If this case was truly as limited as you are now stating, that should have been clearly and directly communicated to me by the attorney not relayed indirectly or left unclear. Instead, my case was taken on, I proceeded with treatment, and then the case was dropped shortly after, leaving me in a difficult financial position. To make matters worse, I was not even properly notified that my case had been dropped. For something this serious, that level of communication is unacceptable. That financial impact may not seem significant from your perspective, but for an everyday person, it absolutely is. This is exactly why I asked those questions upfront. This experience reflects a lack of direct communication and transparency, which is the main issue I raised in my original review. read more

Nicholas is extremely rude and inconsiderate. I talked to him about a sensitive case and he said he would require testing that took weeks to get. He denied my case before even looking at it. After researching the firm his Dad runs it and he is fresh out of law school, which is likely why he is incompetent at what he does. He offered no insight and if I did use them my concern is they would likely not be successful in any capacity including effectively managing the case. Ten stars. Being in a car accident with an uninsured driver is probably the most stressful thing I've ever been through. Not only is it physically jarring, it takes away any sense of safety and security you had. I was lucky enough to have a good chiropractor to go to the day after. I was in so much pain I couldn't properly hold a pen. My doctor, being someone I've trusted for many years, advised me to seek an attorney instead of taking on the insurance company myself. He gave me a list of lawyers he thought we're good and I called everyone of them. Albert was the only actual attorney I spoke with. He called me personally and validated my fears and frustration.
