watch out for your elderly parents! At the advise of a lawyer I had to hire after Etehad Law sued me , I removed my last 4 reviews, since the cost of defending myself in court would be much higher than the settlement I got. To keep it short and as always, completely true- I hired the services of Etehad law and was very disappointed with the service I received, so much that I actually wrote a bad yelp review. And so I was sued for defamation. For a yelp review. I had been out of contact for a couple of months, working hard abroad to support my family in crisis, so was not even aware that Etehad law actually sued me! I really thought they were just trying to scare me into removing the review. I came home to find Simon and team had hired a Private Investigator of some sort and a second person to videotape, to track where I live, and serve me the lawsuit papers. I understand they had to do so since I am temporary living outside the US to support my family. However the "PI" did a very bad job and served the papers to my sick elderly parents NOT to my actual living address!. the "PI" called and somehow cunningly persuaded my mother to let him come over to their house. My parents, sadly, are not well and not in their right mind anymore (which is why I had to leave the states to support them- I was not on vacation), did not understand the meaning of the papers. Apparently they were quite hysterical and distraught at the time and had to call for Medical assistance shortly after- since they thought I was actually in immediate danger, knowing they had no way of contacting me until I got back- and again, sadly, it was very hard to understand from them what actually accrued when the "PI" arrived. I swear this is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me god. read more

My experience with Etehad Law has been very positive. In 2014 I was hit by a drunk driver while returning from set with one of my producers in the passenger seat beside me. We were both injured and my vehicle was destroyed. Fortunately my passenger got the referral to Mr Etehad who handled both our cases tenaciously and professionally. He got me the property damage portion of the case quite rapidly but that's where things went sideways. The other driver's insurance company was unwilling to reach our (very reasonable) settlement demands and so we were forced to take the case to trial. Mr Etehad was great and very involved with every step of the process. Ultimately we won our case and did infinitely better than we ever could have done by settling. The drunk driver (who had done this several times before) got punished and we got a ruling in our favor.
