5 Star shout out to Jenna who is a superstar at this location!!! This was my second time at this establishment where I signed up for a DIY Wood project. Note Stain is used and we all know Stain is TOXIC when not in a proper ventilation area. Note there were no fans for ventilation, the table i was at #2 ceiling fan was broken per a staff member. I asked if a door can be open for air and was told no. 3 hours into this activity, a customer lost consciousness and ambulance was called. I will not be returning. Very disappointing especially when the cost of this workshop is $73! read more

Whether it's a small sign, a cheese tray, a porch sign or a tic-tac-toe board you can't miss with this gem. Great time! I was shocked how many staff members they had there to help. Shout out to Amber and Cori for helping our table so much! The signs are big and good quality. It's so fun to stain, put together, and paint our signs. If there is a part you don't like doing or if you are behind the staff will help you. The staff cleaned up everything which is super nice and they put our signs by fans to help them dry faster. There are beer, wine, and soda available to purchase. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I love all the designs, stains, and paint options available. Given the amount of materials and staff I think the price is definitely fair! All of the ladies that work there are extremely kind& fun, they are truly artistic as a few of us made small mistakes and they easily fixed any mishap we had. If you're looking for a fun way to hang out with your friends, this is the place to go ! They have beer and wine for sale and you can bring in snacks. Went to yesterday's 2pm class! Had a great experience! Emma was unbelievably helpful!!! I was regretting my decision on a color paint choice and she jumped right in to save my project!! I'm not the best at crafting and she didn't get annoyed or irritated (at least she didn't act like it, I was really annoying so I wouldn't blame her if she was hahaha). I would totally go back to that location. Emma is a huge asset to b&b, you don't find many teenagers with such a wonderful work ethic. read more

Amber was amazing and helpful even when we messed up majorly. I loved the class because a lot of these events can be people yelling and instructing you to do different things but Amber wasn't like that AT ALL. She was laughing with us. oh and the boards all looked great! read more

If you want to pay a lot of money to be humiliated in front of all of your friends and family members, this is the place to go! Everyone else in my group had a beautiful project and received support from staff members. Unfortunately because of my stencil, and not because of me because I never had hands on my stencil, they require three different cuttings of the stencil in order to get my project up and running. By this time we were an hour over our workshop time and it was clear that everybody was done with us. Some staff left, it was clear that they were arguing over who was supposed to deal with the problem, and the person remaining kept texting on her cell phone and was clearly upset that she had to stay with us. Because it took three cuts for them to apply the first stencil, I was rushed through the last phase of the second stencil that was to be applied on top and we were pushed out the door with a wet piece of artwork that has not survived well on our short journey home. At the shop they talked about putting my artwork in a bag to prevent smearing of the paint. They decided that the bag would actually cost problems with the wet paint and..,guess what happened in the car with the wet piece of art? Smearing of the paint? All I wanted...an hour after everyone else had left...was to get out of there and I was so sorry that my experience damaged the experience of everybody else in our group ($$$$$).. A total waste of money...just go to craft store and buy a piece of wall art rather than be humiliated and embarrassed for the fact that they have stencils that are too complicated for them to handle! My project will end up in the trash, as I feel traumatized by the entire experience and can't stand to look at it! read more
