They claimed they emailed us warning they would discard them, but no such email was ever sent. Customer service was disappointing. Wished for a better experience.

They welcome every guest that walks through the doors the same way, with a big smile, and everyone gets a rundown of how things work. They're also great with kids. They make each one feel really special and like it's all about them. You never feel rushed, even when it's close to closing time. They have a huge selection of pieces to choose from, and several items painted around the store that you can use for inspiration. It's only $7 to paint on top of the item you pick, and the items are very reasonably priced. If you're not artistic (like myself), they have plenty of "specialty" paints and they're only $1/ea. We picked up our first project a few days ago and they look amazing. I can't wait to pick up the second lot and then go back and paint more.
