They means you man hear them throughout the hotel or smell them in your room. PRO: Friendly service/staff! CON: None! Friendly service is always the best! We checked with the front desk and asked if we could host a large gathering and pizza party in the lounge area for family and friends the night before the funeral. The manager said absolutely and said she would do anything to accommodate us. We had several people and multiple boxes of pizza delivered. The staff allowed us to have alcohol and they provided paper plates for us free of charge. It was fantastic and we enjoyed it very much. Ate complimentary breakfast one morning and it was good. There was a good selection of breakfast foods and the staff did a great job of replacing food when it was getting low and they kept the tables and breakfast buffet area nice and clean. The only complaint I might have is we were there 3 days and they only cleaned the room and replaced towels once. But other than that, a very great stay and I highly recommend staying here if ever in Joplin.
