Last week of February 2nd, I contacted BMS & requested to p/u my script order from the my PCP, I was told by the Store Associate, she could not do that. SA replied it was against the law to give the script back to me. But never tells me what law this is under? SA said she could FAX script order if I wanted. I had this FAX sent to Lincare.com Lincare Associates completed my order that day, I p/u the walker I much needed that afternoon. Lincare completed all the paperwork to my insurance. Lincare also informed they can deliver the walker. Originally, BMS told me I would have to pay for the walker upfront, & send in the claim form. BMS does not do this. It's a shame zero stars is not possible. I had the privilege of paying 600 dollars for a 400 dollar CPAP and that was AFTER they billed my insurance. They provide the least expensive device possible and charge the maximum amount possible. When confronted about this practice they assured me it's all legal and within the contract with the insurance. It is of course, but it makes it no less ethical in my opinion. They place profit over your health. They will tell you they will contact you for supply refills but they do not. They will tell you they will call back when they don't help you the first time you call. They will not. They were purchased by a larger company and I really hope the new owners turn things around but I wouldn't deal with this place or their new parent just to be on the safe side. read more

BMS doesn't even deserve a star. My brother recently passed from cancer at the age of 36. BMS was to pick up equipment from his home today, they gave my grieving mother a window from 12p-7p. She sat at his house surrounded by his belongings for 7 HOURS and no one showed up! Not even a phone call To say they weren't coming!!!! I find it absolutely ridiculous that she was given a 7 hour window to begin with but then to not even show up! Completely uncalled for and completely unprofessional! If we ever need medical equipment in the future I will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Boardman Medical Supply filled a script for a wheelchair for my mom and delivered to her nursing home. The wheelchair didn't have extended arms that my mom needs, which was on the script. I spoke to Tanya who was very rude. It's just ridiculous to act like that. Would not recommend. And will not use them in the future. read more

HORRIBLE COMPANY! They own the Sateri nursing home and decided to close it with only 30 days notice! People now have to scramble to find a place for their loved ones to live. I feel especially bad for the ones that have no family and will end up in a hospital or homeless! For this reason I hope they go out of business and the owner ends up homeless living under a bridge with their unfortunate patients from Sateri.
