I saw two tables where people sat and left and no clean up crew. No ones wiping down door handles or tables or surface areas including the many transaction in between. In fact it made me wonder where I sat down if they were wiped down. Because of this I will no longer eat at this facility. I felt they were Not taking Covid seriously enough for me. The women's bathroom was clean but the soap dispenser was disgusting. Tim Hortons at least places a mat on their tables and when the patron leaves they flip that mat to say needs sanitation. Pretty simple to me. More wiping on all services areas especially where people are coming in and out and the transaction machine. Pet Smart is really smart about they're pads. Disappointed by far.

They all just seem to enjoy their jobs and really give wonderful customer service. They are super courteous, and friendly. (But not creepy friendly... if you know what I mean!) They are smiling and helpful and quick to get your food for you. The restaurant is always neat and tidy. Lots of seating to eat in and the drive through is quick if you decide to go that way. All in all, I really enjoy going to this restaurant when I have the urge for a burger. I know I will be served quickly and efficiently. And I know there will be a smile behind the counter also! Little too fatty. Sausage: 8/10, a little more dry and crumbly than I thought but still tasty dipped in sauce. They also gave us 3 free pulled beef sliders. Buns were 10/10 but very little meat inside. But for free these werr 10/10! Considering all the free extras we were Stuffed! 100% would recommend and come again.
