I had a serious engine problem and brought it down to them. They inspected it and determined it was a warranty issue within a week even during their peak season. The entire staff there is truly a team. They communicated with me steadily , competed the work and then some in the time frame as promised. I can't say enough about Dave and his employees. Each and everyone of them assisted in any way they could. It's difficult to say the least to find any form of honest and dependable businesses such as North Bay Marine, but I have and I suggest that if you need marine service go to them. Stephen Blankenbaker from southern Indiana. I was fishing in early May and my trim pump failed On my Ranger bass boat. I stopped in to see if they could help. Was told that they were 8 weeks behind but they could diagnose my issue if I could bring boat to them after lunch. Long story short, they kept and repaired my boat in a couple hours. Husband brought a used boat was told to take it to North Bay Marine to have mercury motor gone through and have a kicker motor installed. We can't say enough great things about Doug and everyone else that works there. Doug took his time to explain what needed to be done, he did a fantastic job with finding everything that needed fixing in motor which is a total relief, he got the kicker mounted perfectly! Everyone there is very nice, my husband said they even washed his boat. Thank you Doug for letting my husband know he brought a great boat for good price since i talked him into buying the 20ft walkaround Proline. I'd give a thousand stars if i could. Wow what a great marina to have so close to my house. I've heard so many people ravening about this place and now I see why. I had another shop look and unable to even diagnose the problem and almost caused me even more damage and charged me $200.00 for nothing so I took it to N.B. and the people were so nice and helpful. It was the oil tank sensors and had it back on the water for $200 includes the $50 overnight shipping. Only place I'll take my boat from now on.
