On March 23rd, my group paid $350 for what was clearly marketed as a private, multi-hour nature tour experience: lunch at Cabbage Key followed by a relaxing nature cruise with stop at Cayo Costa, wildlife viewing, dolphins, and a scenic return to the dock around 2-2:30 PM. What we got instead felt like a complete bait-and-switch. The ride to Cabbage Key was rushed, and after lunch, we were picked up at 1:00 PM only to be sped straight back to the dock at full throttle--arriving before 1:30 PM. No nature tour. No stops. No wildlife. No relaxation. Just a high-speed return trip where we were bracing ourselves on coolers and folding chairs instead of enjoying anything remotely close to what was promised. Prior to leaving the dock, my friend heard Captain Steve had multiple other groups scheduled and needed to rush back. So much for a "private" experience. It was clear our trip was cut short to accommodate their overbooking and miscommunication from staff. Customer service was just as frustrating. After multiple attempts to get a response from Vincent, the owner, we finally received a generic apology with "We have a great reputation and it's rare that I get confronted with any negativity and I sincerely apologize. We have not been able to run our big boats since Hurricane Ian 3 years ago. We're doing our best to accommodate some passengers with our smaller boats" and a vague offer for "free passage next time." When I asked for clarification--no response. I then requested a full refund to resolve the issue privately and avoid posting a review... and completely ignored. At this point, it's not just about a bad tour--it's about misleading advertising, poor communication, and zero accountability. Save your money and your time. There are plenty of reputable operators in the area who actually deliver what they promise.

What the website doesn't tell you is that they keep the boat at an idle speed the entire time. It was like we were in a no wake zone ALL Day. It took us 3 hours to idle through the bay to get to Sanibel island to take a 15 minute dip before we had to head back. We were going so slow there was not even breeze and we were sweating buckets while all the other boaters were flying by us. We did ask the captain to go faster, but he said it would use to much fuel. We wanted to stop at a restaurant and have lunch but the captain told us we didn't have time unless we wanted to pay more and extend our afternoon. I had planned a fun day with some girlfriends from out of town. While I own a boat, I thought it would be fun to have a yacht take me and my guests around. Their website says to be on time yet the captain was 20 minutes late. He never acknowledged it nor did he apologize. The owner texted me and stated it was unacceptable and to deduct it from his tip. Nothing on the boat was ready. We had to go get our own ice (most boats at a minimum provide ice). He then watched us load every bag - never offered to help. After 45 minutes of the captain getting the boat ready for him to drive (not getting it ready for guests), we were undocked and ready to go. I asked for time back and that was denied as him prepping is what I paid for I assume??? We cruised through the river and it became hot and humid as no wind was blowing as we were going incredibly slow (we were out of the no wake zone at this point). He refused to turn the air conditioning on inside the cabin as he stated that cost additional money. After about an hour or so, I reminded him where I wanted him to take us and his response was "the owner always over promises but that's a 10 hour trip". It's actually a 30 minute boat ride as I do it frequently. I simply requested Cayo Costa which is the first place listed on their website! After asking him to go faster he informed me that it would be $300 more per hour. At that point the owner called me. I let him know what has transpired and that pontoon boats were passing us and his response was "you should have rented a pontoon boat". At that point I asked him to drop us off at the closet marina as I had another boat picking us up as this experience was awful! Very unprofessional. Not prepared. Incredibly rude.

My youngest was a bit scared at first, but Captain Christy made her feel comfortable and by the end she was practically driving the boat! We caught three keepers but the fish biting all day and Christy put us on them early! When we returned to the dock captain took us over to the cleaning tables. Our boat was damaged in IAN so i took it to Walkers for repair of Gelcoat, powdercoat and electronics connections. The repairs were supposedly completed 6 weeks later. I showed up late in the day to pick up the boat by water. The boat was absolutely filthy even though I was told it was washed. The electronics were not repaired, the powder coat repairs were further gouged and scuffed by the "cleaning" crew. I reached out to Kim the service manager with no replies. I then spoke with management who assured me they would come to my home for the repairs which never happened. I was forced to hire another company at my cost. I disputed the charges by walkers with Capital One to no avail because walkers argued it. They are dishonest and it was theft in my opinion. NEVER USE WALKERS!!

He said if you do it on our lot -- we will up charge you even though we have no one to clean it. The only option is to to lower the price or remove it from our lot. I wouldn't do any business with them on any level. They are the worst dealership in southwest Florida.
