The only notice was a sign posted at the door after we arrived. The policy also seemed vague and inconsistently enforced, especially considering staff themselves were not following the stated dress code. Despite preventing us from attending an event we paid for, the venue refused to provide a refund. Customers deserve to know these policies before spending their time and money. 0/10 do not go here.
