I applied for financing online before going which was pretty easy. I was approved for 2,500, but we only spent $900. I got a text saying that I was approved so when we went, I told the man at the front what we were looking for. They had a pretty decent number of floor models out, which made looking pretty easy. Once we settled on which couches we wanted, checking out was a breeze. Donte helped us with the financing part, explaining the rules and what would be best if we wanted to avoid paying 2k for the couches (interest fee pretty much). He helped with the payment start date and gave us all the information we needed. We opted to have the couches transported by ourselves vs having them get delivered, and the couches were ready in about 2 hours. It was the easiest furniture purchase I've made. The furniture is well made. We haven't had issues, but if we do, we have a warranty. We also didn't feel pressured into making a purchase, which made me feel better. I would go back and probably end up getting something new after we finish paying for the furniture we have now.

After remodeling our kitchen for an upgrade specifically meant to make it more appealing to buyers (our home is on the market) we decided new appliances were certainly in order. We bit the bullet, and dropped nearly $9,000 on a brand new GE Profile microwave/ convection oven and regular oven combo at Bob's. Within the first 13 months of owning these items that were sold to us as "top of the line," both products started breaking down. First the oven, which we immediately worked to get fixed. Because it was outside of its twelve month warranty, we were simply told by Bob's that it wasn't their problem. We were told that they would "make some calls" and have yet to hear back from them months later. The microwave then began to have problems. It runs even when it's not supposed to, and unless we cut the breaker off, cannot ensure that it's not going to start running and start a fire. We brought someone out to inspect both units, who let us know we need a whole new motherboard panel because we were basically sold lemons. Again, Bob Burnett's response to this? Not our problem. We were also met with horribly bad attitude over a phone when we're just trying to get the items we shelled out a lot of money for to work. We can't believe we put that much trust in an organization and spent that much money to be treated so poorly. We will never be doing business with them again, and will never recommend them to any consumer.

All were national; brand names! My only problem with this store is that they don't carry the Speed Queen brand. I would really love to buy a washer and dryer for half off plus the other 15% !
