I placed the order for the chest over the phone and was mailed the statement on the order. I came into the store two days later and met Vil. I was very impressed with Vil's friendly manner and professionalism. I received the Hooker chest in perfect condition due by the care taken by James and Jorge, the two delivery men from the Jeff Lynch store. All and all, my experience with Jeff Lynch, Vil, James and Jorge has been excellent and I will be shopping at Jeff Lynch again as, besides my good experience, I was given a $200 credit for future purchases.
