I took in a very large cushion (82" long x 28" wide) and the material to have a slip cover made for it on 5-5-17, late that Friday afternoon. I was told it would be ready by the following Friday. I got a call from Michelle early Wednesday afternoon (two and a half days after I'd dropped everything off) advising it was ready! The cushion is perfect - exactly what I wanted to put in the reading nook my husband recently made for me out of a spare closet. The material fits perfect on the cushion. Prior to having the slip cover put on, the cushion was wrapped in a material that will give it added life and stability. A zipper was put along the backside. Due to the width of the material I had chosen, it was necessary to have two seams. Had it not been pointed out to me, I wouldn't have noticed them! Customer service was great. This is a family owned business - all the more reason to support it. Price was very reasonable, and turn around time was amazing. Highly recommend.

I'm always amazed at what they sell there. I'm also amazed at the education one can get there. Being a bit on the nerdy side, I love when someone takes the time to explain to me how things work or why we may need or may not need a part. It's also one of the best people watching places I've ever been too in this area. They have a long counter/bar with stools where you can wait to speak with someone or to order a part.
