After he remedied the issue, he took a walk-through the basement with me. Keep in mind, this was a three week old purchase so I was not greatly familiar with everything in the house. He pointed out some things I need to watch out for in the future. Definitely some preventive maintenance to be added to my list on this fixer-upper I purchased.
