I tried to book again and she said it had been too long, and rejected the appointment. That's fine, I can go somewhere else. However, I was just looking at my credit card statement and I was charged $50 per dog on the day I tried to book these appointments even though she rejected them. I tried to log in to my account online with my phone number to see if they are storing my credit card information, but my phone number is apparently blocked in their system and I have no way of telling what has been stored so I don't know if she still has my credit card information. I did NOT receive the service and would never have known I was charged if I hadn't looked at my statement. She has stated she will refund but if you are canceled I strongly recommend checking your credit card statement.

It was nice to see that the drop off/pickup area was at the play yard entrance. There is a small holding area for dogs to safely meet and greet other dogs before new arrivals are released to the main area. The play yard is huge and has an obstacle course, pools and offers plenty of shading. When I picked up my dogs they were a part of the general population and seemed happy as their tails were wagging. Paws Bed and Biscuit is a trusted business and I'll definitely continue to board my dogs here.

Since joining the Loyalty and Legacy family, Georgie has attended 1:1 sessions and school weekly. At school, he goes on pack walks, practices skills, and plays appropriately with dogs of all sizes. We have seen his confidence increase and we are able to take him anywhere in the community; most recently, he went out to dinner for Paws on the Patio followed by trips out for ice cream. Everywhere he has gone, people and other dogs have been able to approach without incident. We are extremely pleased with the services Jade and her team provide.
